Enjoy the sunsets on the water in Sister Bay from your balcony of this second floor unit in the heart of downtown. This luxury unit offers 3 bedrooms and two baths. It sleeps 8 with a sofa bed in living room. This exclusive property, available through Northern Door Vacations, offers stunning marina views, blending luxury and comfort for an unparalleled living experience. Situated steps away from the waterfront, fine dining, boutique shopping, and outdoor activities, Marina Luxe presents the perfect balance of convenience and relaxation.

- Luxurious Master Suite: Relax in the spa-like master bathroom and unwind in the spacious bedroom overlooking the marina.
- Prime Location: Walking distance to Sister Bay Beach, marina, parks, and local dining options, providing a true Door County experience.

Parking included, including one car garage for guest use, with an additional parking space in the parking lot of building.

Pet Policy- Must be communicated at time of booking, we allow a max of two well-behaved dogs, for an additional $200 pet cleaning fee. This allows the condo to be hair and pet free for the next guest. This will be added after booking, to your final payment.

**Although we have a relaxed cancellation policy, we still incur the 4% cc fee. Your refund will be in full, minus the 4% cc fee. This is detailed in the guest contract.**

Summer Fun

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The view of the water are amazing. Easy access to all the shops and restaurants. The beds were comfy, and there was plenty of space to hang out inside and outside on the deck. Getting into the unit was easy, parking was easy, and so was our stay.

Great location, great views!

Communication with the property management was excellent - very responsive and clear. The rental was as described and very clean. You can't beat the location for walking around downtown Sister Bay and having beautiful sunsets in the evening. Highly recommend!

Relax or day trip

The property was awesome it was a girlfriend weekend. Very centrally located walking distance to area restaurants and shops. The view was spectacular... noise not bad from Main Street. There was live music in area again you can not hear inside but if you sit on balcony it was good! We had fantastic time, did day trips/tours to area towns ... evenings went to local restaurants that had music and good food, there is a beach walking distance no pool but was perfect for what we were looking for. Second floor had a elevator ... amenities in condo perfect everything you could need. Loved!

Perfect location

Overall a great stay! Location is perfect, can walk to everything in sister bay, and view of water is lovely. Road noise is heavy, but you get used to it, and it’s worth it to be in this location. Lots of space, and added garage parking spot is a HUGE plus! Condo did have some Maintenance issues, and like other reviews have noted, an unpleasant odor that was strong in the entryway. These callouts were passed on to the owners who said they would address them.

Pleasant Place and Convenient

Enjoyed the stay. Felt like the owners must be very tall people since all the chair in the kitchen and dining room were high stools rather than standard chairs. Loved the fireplace and view of the Marina. Can’t think of anything that was missing.

Wonderful Sister Bay Property and Weekend!

We loved staying right in the heart of Sister Bay within walking distance to everything. The unit was right across from the marina, so you had water views from the main room and deck. It was perfect for our family reunion!

Second Stay at this Property Did Not Disappoint

Second time staying in this unit, and it did not disappoint. Location is perfect even during the off season, still plenty to see and do. We hit the jackpot with the weather and were able to sit on the balcony and enjoy the view. Will definitely visit again.

This is our 2nd stay at this property and we love everything about it. We had plenty of room, the location was superb and communication with Michael was great! I suspect this is our new DC!

Great location!

Great location and great unit! Clean, great space, loved the fireplace, everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The view cannot be beat! Only issue was not being able to control the heat - unable to override the scheduled temperature settings. Otherwise, loved every aspect of our stay!

Perfect location in modern, spacious accommodations with beautiful views

Condo is exactly as pictured. Very spacious with comfortable furniture and beds. Great storage and big closets in every bedroom/bathroom. Three access points to a large balcony with ample outdoor seating and amazing views of the bay. We did not get any street noise or hear guests above or next to us. Easy walk to everything in Sister Bay. Would definitely stay there again!

Condo by the Bay

There is no better location in Sister Bay than this condo. It is pricy but you get the convenience of being in the center of the town. Had a small issue with the key pad upon arrival as it was not working. The management got me access to a key then. The beds are comfortable but I would suggest the bedrooms need blankets as there are only sheets and a large heavy comforter on the beds and those are too much in summer to sleep under. The condo has nice comfortable furniture and lots of chairs for seating. I would rent again.

Perfect location, wonderful amenities

We loved our stay here for a girls' weekend in Door County. Wonderful amenities such as the keurig built in to the refrigerator, the fireplace on a chilly evening, and the deck overlooking the marina made our stay comfortable and memorable. We loved people and boat watching from the deck, the sunsets were lovely, and the location was a perfect launching off point to explore the town of Sister Bay and driving to other areas as well. The beds were comfortable, the unit was spacious, and for seven friends enjoying a weekend together, it was perfect. Thank you!

Wonderful Stay - Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo! It was clean & spacious. The bedrooms were roomie & plenty of hangers in the closets. That is not always the case in our previous experiences with VRBO stays. The living area is roomy, too, with a beautiful view of the harbor. Gorgeous sunsets from the balcony! Plenty of dishes/glasses in the kitchen. We walked everywhere in downtown Sister Bay. Loved the keypad so we didn’t have to worry about remembering keys. It was really nice to have a garage space. We would highly recommend this condo. Easy & clear communication, as well.

Location Location Location

Beautiful condo with a superb Sister Bay location. Only negative was a bad oder coming from the mechanical closet and the front door lock box not working. The maintenance person answered promptly with info on how to enter. Overall loved this property and hope they find the source of the oder!

This is the place to be!

This condo is in the middle of all the action! We loved the sunsets, they’re unbelievable from this second level unit, which overlooks the marina. We like Sister Bay because of all the restaurants, beach, boat launch, concerts in the park and the many other things we like to do. The condo is new and had everything we needed for our stay. Including a wine cooler 🥂🍷. Would highly recommend this condo. We’ll be back!!!

The Good and the Bad

First the Good: Great location, fabulous view, wonderful condo. Now the Bad: 1) Received a text just before arrival to not lock the door to the condo as the lock is broken. Property manager said he was waiting for a key from the owner. Had to follow up several times but received the same answer. Asked why a service hadn't been called to fix the lock and received no further communication. That seems one of the basic items that any guest should have is to be able to secure the property. Just wonder how long this has really been going on. In hindsight I should have called and been more forceful. NOT COOL! 2) While I don't expect the floors to be spotless, they were pretty dirty. A few dust bunnies rolling around. Taking a wet rag to the floor came back black. Not sure what is going on with the management of this property.
