Love this place! This was our second visit and we will definitely stay here again. Extremely clean. The house was stocked with everything we needed for a very comfortable stay and then some! Paddling the kayaks in the water from the nearby boat dock was great fun.Wes was very helpful and responsive.5 stars!

Conveniently located to downtown area, Gulf Breeze area and very comfortable, quite location to spend the weekend. I definitely recommend this stay.

Nice little place that worked perfect for a solo traveler. Area was nice and I enjoyed the patio table for relaxing in the evening.

We arrived two weeks after a hurricane but everything was in great shape. Amazed at how the city was handling the cleanup. Easy access to the various places we needed to be at. Family health issues brought us to Pensacola and it was great to be able to have a comfortable place to meet with our family members and visit. We also had a pet and she enjoyed sitting out on the deck and enjoying the great weather. There was a couple of unexpected glitches that our host handled so expeditiously and graciously. Thanks Wes! For pet owners it is nice to know many of the restaurants welcome "Fido" in their outdoor eating areas so our little one could join in the family gatherings. Walking distance to grocery store and convenience store. Kitchen fully equipped and laundry facilities were handy to have. We absolutely recommend this little cottage. We were there for a week.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Very clean and great for a small family bringing a dog. We also liked how it wasn’t far from downtown and the beach! We will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful experience staying at this location. Very clean, pet-friendly, and a host that checks in with you! In the past when we visit Pensacola, we stay on the actual beach but this was an even better experience. It allowed us to explore the downtown area and restaurants AND spend ample time on the beach. This accommodation is in a safe neighborhood and great location! We highly recommend!

This is a lovely unit with a separate living room, bedroom, storage/closet, kitchen and patio. It is 1 of 4 quiet adjacent units in what was once a large ranch home? The neighborhood is quiet and one can see Water from the patio. It is nicely furnished and quite comfortable. The hosts were flexible and helpful. We enjoyed exploring Fort Pickens and Palafox areas.

This cute one-bedroom apartment is located in an adorable neighborhood about a block away from a waterfront park. It had everything I needed. Wes was extremely accommodating, and I look forward to staying there again.

The host was very warm to us, she allowed us ample time to check in, and even extend our stay. She was such a nice Host. Very helpful and pleasant. She was very responsive to our few communications as well. I highly recommend this unit to anyone coming to this area. It is a very good value.

Wonderfully comfortable place to stay! My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The bikes and kayaks were great bonus! The location was great and allowed for nice dog walks as well as beautiful views along the water in the East Heights.Wes was very responsive and has definitely made the place comfortable with all the essentials plus nice extras like coffee and snacks and washer and dryer. Very dog friendly area with even a dog beach not far away and plenty of dog-friendly restaurants nearby. We will definitely book again!
Put the kayaks in at the boat launch down the street for some extra fun adventures!

Just as pictured! Clean and quaint. Wes was communicative and polite. Would have extended my stay, but someone already booked it.

Our host Wesley was excellent! Very quick to respond and help in anyway he could. The place had everything we needed and more for our one week stay.It's close to everything, the beach, downtown, supermarket, etc.The neighborhood is nice and safe to walk any time of the day. Our pup Luna enjoyed the dog beach nearby. There's a hose outside where we were able to rinse Luna after the beach and before getting back in the house.There's also several pet friendly restaurants around, walking distance or just a short drive away.Our favorite was a Peruvian restaurant Don Cha, it didn’t have water views but the food was excellent, and it's also pet friendly. We were also welcome to use the beach chairs, and umbrella, which came in handy when we went to the beach. Thanks again Wesley you have what it takes to be a great host.
