The house felt much bigger than the pictures do it justice. It was a great space for our friend group with our young kids (1-5 years old). We enjoyed the sauna, game room, movie room, and large dining space. It had several things to make rentals easier like towels, sheets, and small traveler items that might have been forgotten. The hose was quick to respond and overall was a great process. Would highly recommend this space to others!

We have been to this property a few times and always enjoy it. It is very close to family and grandkids which is the biggest draw for me. It is a well kept property and the game room is a fun place to spend some time.

It was very well maintained and clean. We could not find any matches to start a fire in the fire pit. It would also be nice to have some seating, such as a recliner or two by the window towards the street, where the large dining table is in case someone is unable to get down the stairs where the couches are. Overall, our time there was wonderful, we really enjoyed our time.

The house was wonderful! It was exactly as described and shown in pictures! The hosts make it a wonderful experience by leaving little things - dishwasher pods, laundry pods, soaps! It was just a wonderful experience for our friends and family! We will most likely return next year when we make plans to go to knoebles!

Nice outdoor seating areas, including the covered porch. Limited seating on the main level other than an incredibly large dining table. Convenient check-in and excellent communications from the host. Very dog friendly. Garbage collection was early Wednesday morning and the truck comes up the driveway right next to the house. Mildly startling but not a big deal if you're expecting it.

Pros: Responsive host, clean property, nice porch, game room is a bonus! Central AC with extra window units kept house cool. Large dining room table is a nice place to gather.Cons: Bedroom with 2 bunk beds is in the basement. No windows in this room and the air got stuffy. It is also right underneath the kitchen and you can hear every step taken above your head. Take this into consideration when figuring out who will sleep where! The living room/couch area is also in the basement, so no living room upstairs. Not a deal breaker, just good to be aware of before you go.Overall, we would stay here again! Great distance to Knoebels, quiet location and comfortable house for a great price! Host was responsive.

This is an incredible house, and for our group of 7, it was perfect. The detail that has been put into the house is really impressive. We loved the game room and stayed up late playing pool. The sauna was awesome and the movie room was fantastic. The only hiccup was that there was no iron and ironing board, and as we were in town for a graduation ceremony we could’ve definitely used it. The listing showed an iron as being available but ultimately there was not. But it really was an incredible experience and we hope to return sometime.

We had a great experience. My daughter and i loved the side sitting porch. Our son and younger kids enjoyed the theatre room and the entire family enjoyed sitting around the fire at night and the game room. This property kept everybody in the family entertained the entire stay. The house it's self was great.
