We had an amazing time Tom was very helpful and quick to respond to any of our needs beach was the best plenty of shops and good food close but yet still a private area I give this place an A rating

The condo was just as described, very clean and spacious. The check-in process was very easy. Tom is a great host and made sure we were happy.

We couldn't have asked for a nicer, cleaner, and better host than we got with this property. If I could id give it an 11. The view was amazing. I highly recommend it!

We had a wonderful stay at this oceanfront condo! The condo was lovely, clean, and beautifully maintained. One of our favorite features was the pool table, which provided hours of fun for our family during downtime.The owners truly thought of everything. The condo was stocked with all the beach essentials you could need, making our trip so much easier and more enjoyable. From beach gear to everyday necessities, everything was readily available.The oceanfront location was fantastic, with stunning views and easy beach access. We felt comfortable, relaxed, and right at home throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this condo to anyone looking for a stress-free beach vacation and would love to stay here again!

This place didn't feel like a vacation rental. It felt like coming home.From the moment we walked in, everything felt welcoming, comfortable, and thoughtfully put together. So many rentals feel like they're furnished just to get by, but this one had the warmth and personality of a real home. We found ourselves relaxing almost immediately instead of feeling like we were staying in a generic condo.The space was spotless, well stocked, and had all the little touches that made a difference. Whether we were having coffee in the morning or winding down at night, it was easy to settle in and simply enjoy being there.If you're looking for a place that feels lived in with love rather than just another rental, this is it. We made some great memories here, and when we come back to the area, this will absolutely be our first choice.

Amazing Condo and Experience! The views are exactly as the pictures described and the condo is even bigger! Tom is an excellent communicator and responds quickly to any questions or concerns. Very easy beach access and the unit comes with everything you could possibly imagine! It had every cooking utensil, plenty of plates cups and everything you need! And the unit also has access to beach chairs, some sun shade(easy up type of overhead shade) and everything else you need to have a lovely time at the beach. The pool was very relaxing and everyone staying there was super friendly. If you are reading this review and debating on coming here for a stay, you must come!! The views from the balcony are absolutely breathtaking and the Ormond area has plenty of things to do and great restaurants. There is a fantastic ice cream shop within walking distance that has free putt putt golf and a giant connect 4 game. The Publix grocery store is a short walk. Overall, this an exceptional place. Great for families. The kids loved the pool table and just sitting on the balcony enjoying the views. The massive table is such a blessing for families to share a meal or play board games in the evenings! The owners treated us like family and we highly recommend anyone to come here and stay! We will be back! Thank you Tom for an amazing stay and your hospitality!

I've been coming to daytona / Ormand beach for 30 plus years and this condo stay was the absolute best of all the years. The owner of the condo really cared about our stay. You can tell he wanted to make sure our stay was the best stay possible. Communication was seamless. 10th floor balcony views were as good at it gets. The amenities are high class. The chairs of the balcony were so nice. The beach tent was top of the line as well. Easy set up and plenty of shade! A huge dining room table is awesome for family games and eating together. This condo blew my expectations out of the water. 10 out of 10 no doubt!
