Benvenuti in The Loft.
Questo è uno splendido soppalco architettonico di lusso con 1 camera da letto / 2 bagni (più un letto pieghevole) su due livelli. Ha un sacco di spazio aperto e luce naturale con 7 lucernari! Ci sono bellissimi arredi e opere d'arte di fascia alta: divani in pelle italiana, ripiani in acciaio inossidabile, schizzi di vetro sul retro, porte scorrevoli in acciaio patinato di grandi dimensioni e apparecchi di illuminazione italiani. Questo loft unico può ospitare due persone su uno dei più alti materassi a cinque stelle di alta qualità disponibili, con un letto singolo pieghevole per un terzo ospite (piccolo adulto / bambino).
Un sacco di spazio armadio con bellissimi comò e scrivania in acero su misura. Goditi lenzuola, asciugamani e prodotti da bagno di alta gamma o biologici con attenzione ad ogni dettaglio. C'è WiFi gratuito, dock per sveglia iPod, due televisori LG a schermo piatto premium di grandi dimensioni, altoparlante mono audio Bose per il tuo iPod e lavatrice / asciugatrice top di gamma. Troverai un elenco completo dei nostri ristoranti e spa preferiti "be a local". I bagni includono infissi italiani ultra moderni, docce con vetri chiusi e una grande vasca da bagno con candele per il tuo divertimento. Gli elettrodomestici da cucina sono in acciaio inossidabile ed è inoltre fornito di stoviglie, pentole / padelle / accessori, tazze da caffè, bicchieri da vino e posate, oltre a tutti gli elettrodomestici da banco. Siamo inoltre felici di rifornire il tuo frigorifero e dispensa con i tuoi cibi e bevande preferiti a un costo aggiuntivo. Goditi il tuo caffè mattutino sul patio esterno al secondo piano in questo ambiente commerciale leggero. Questo spazio è molto silenzioso, moderno e ha un aspetto pulito. Ottimo per intrattenere, uscire a Santa Fe, meditare da solo e tranquille fughe romantiche. Invita i tuoi amici a cena (il tavolo della sala da pranzo si espande fino al sei). L'artista lavora alle pareti ruotando (e talvolta vende e non è presente).

Puoi raggiungere a piedi quasi tutto, a soli 5 minuti di auto da Plaza o Canyon Road. Si trova a 9 minuti a piedi da The Railyard Park (il nuovo luogo di ritrovo per l'arte contemporanea, spettacoli, mercato degli agricoltori, scena bar, musica, picnic, cibo + il treno per ABQ.). Solo 19 min. raggiungere a piedi l'accogliente Cowgirl Bar e un'enorme selezione di stivali da cowboy al Double Take. Situato in una zona commerciale leggera, a 10 minuti a piedi da Trader Joes o Whole Foods.
Sei anche a pochi minuti di auto dal bacino sciistico di Santa Fe, dal Santa Fe Opera, dal mercato indiano, dal mercato spagnolo, dal mercato dell'artigianato e dalle escursioni nella foresta nazionale.

This was an ideal property for my stay. The location is good, near the Railyard, near Whole Foods, near cafes. The apartment itself is modern and up to date. I really enjoyed the loft layout - I like modern interiors and this place was everything I could have wanted in a rental. It’s a medium sized complex and has a path around it that I could use to walk my little dog. The neighbors and neighbor dogs were friendly too.Be aware that it’s a walk up to the second floor, and the unit itself is two levels with the bedroom upstairs. That makes for a lot of living space on the downstairs - open kitchen and living space. It’s nicely furnished.

Accommodations were great with plenty of room. Location allows easy access to plaza area. Plenty of nearby restaurants. Host was very responsive to questions.

The loft was just as we expected it to be: pristine, well equipped and comfortable. We felt very much at home there, The owner was very kind and got back to us right away when we had a couple of questions. We liked the location, We would highly recommend this property.

Wonderful Place to Stay in Santa Fe

Great location close to grocery stores and restaurants. It is very quiet and has a lovely balcony for eating outside. It's nicely furnished with new leather furniture. The loft is spacious and has high ceilings.

Fabulous apt!

We loved the apartment! We liked the open floor plan and modern design/decor. We also loved the location--it's within walking distance of Whole Foods, some great breakfast spots and several yoga studios. We will be staying here again next time we're in Santa Fe.

Great 2nd Stay

This was my second time to stay in this well located, contemporary Santa Fe gem. Access to Museum Hill as well as the city center are a few minutes away. Andrew's place is spotless and well equipped - and you are minutes away from Whole Foods, Walgreens and Trader Joe's. Great stay, will return again.

Everything we needed and a great location

The place was clean and modern and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our teenage son slept on the convertible chair/single bed and it worked just fine for him. Loved the ease of parking right out front and everywhere we went was easy to get to. Communication with the host was fast and easy.

Week in Santa Fe

Our stay was excellent. We love the loft style home. It was hot and the swamp cooler is able to keep up and keep the humidity a bit higher than outside. There are a lot of places close by to get food and groceries. Very close to the rail yard and downtown. Would recommend this place for anyone looking for a modern space close to everything.

Our stay

The Loft exceeded our expectations, even beyond the impressive pictures. Its location is convenient to many attractions, and the host was incredibly helpful, providing great recommendations for restaurants and entertainment. We were delighted to find a bottle of wine and two glasses awaiting us upon arrival—such a thoughtful touch for toasting our stay. Excellent Property

We had a wonderful stay at the Loft condo. Easy location close Santa Fe in the Railyards District. Ubers were easily obtained, and we found our way around town with no problem. The loft was very comfortable and convenient and we loved having the well equipped kitchen facilities to use and really appreciated lovely bottle of wine which was left for us by the owner. We would definitely return!

Contemporary Loft

The condo is very clean with a very modern contemporary aesthetic. It could use a second streaming device for the second upstairs TV so you can enjoy movies on apps on both TV's, but otherwise I was very pleased with the unit. It's location is ideal, and very convenient. The area is very quiet with little to no traffic. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place nearish walkable areas

Light and airy condo nearby town. It is well decorated and quiet. Bed was comfortable (although the sheets were annoying and didn’t fit the bed well). The kitchen is nice, although could have more varied set of cooking utensils (no measuring cups). Overall, it’s a very nice condo close to town and for a great price. Walkable to lots of great restaurants and grocery stores.

Excellent place for R&R and to bask in a bit of luxury.

We had a short get-away for 6 nights and had never been to Santa Fe before. To say we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this loft would be to understate our time there. The condo is fabulous and decorated to a very high standard - everything worked flawlessly. We've traveled the world over a lifetime of adventure and were delighted to return each day to this beautiful space. What future visitors will experience is exactly as written up in the review. If the opportunity arises in future to visit Santa Fe, and I believe it will, we would without a doubt stay here again.

Super-fabulous contemporary

This loft is a jaw-dropper. The pictures only slightly reveal it's magnificence. It is filled with sunlight and dressed out in stylish, modern furniture and amenities. Perfect space for two to use as a home base while exploring scenic and beautiful northern New Mexico. We have used VRBO for years, and even though have stayed in some impressive places, we've never revisited a previous rental. This place changes that. We can't wait to book it again for a return trip next year!

I've used Homeaway for years now and this was definitely my best stay.

In short, the home is elegant, well appointed, clean, conveniently located, and contemporary. Often, homes are not as advertised but this loft exceeded my expectations. Parking was plentiful and free, The bed was comfortable, all incidentals were readily found and provided by the owner. My only criticism is that the refrigerator conked out on us, that should either be replaced or definitively repaired. Thanks for raising the bar and setting a new standard. The gauntlet has been thrown folks!

Beautiful, Clean, Spacious, Great Location

I live near Santa Fe , NM and use this loft as a home away from home and to accommodate my friends and clients when they come to Santa Fe. The location is central, yet quiet. Several good restaurants as well as yoga studios are within walking distance. The Lofts complex is well designed and the owner has done a fantastic job of remodeling the interior with attention to details like italian furniture, contemporary art, extremely comfortable mattress, beautiful bathrooms, linens, a gourmet style kitchen, and a little outside patio with great sunset views. Being a loft, it is an open concept, main sleeping, tv, bath #1, washer /dry top floor. Living area / kitchen bath #2, tv #2 and pull out bed on the middle level, entrance on ground level. It is nice being above the ground level. The entire space feels like 1500+ square feet but I am not sure. I travel a lot and this is the kind of place I wish I could have everywhere I go.

A great spot- a great host.

We have been visiting Santa Fe for 30 years, so know just about every square inch of town. These lofts are very very well located near every part of downtown area. It’s a new building with great furnishings and appliances etc etc. Special kudos to Andrew( host) who could not have been more helpful( and it was Christmas week). Superb.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay in Santa Fe and our experience was greatly enhanced by this property. It was in a great location for accessibility to the major Santa Fe transactions. I would highly recommend it.

Absolutely lovely

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed staying at this ultra modern condo unit. The kitchen was a joy to cook in, the deck was the perfect place for an evening meal or afternoon book reading. The bed was supremely comfortable and the whole place was designed artfully. The only disappointment was a broken shade and a noisy ac, but we didn't need the ac anyway.

Excellent vacation getaway

My husband and I spent a long weekend here with our small dog. The loft was clean and had excellent amenities. We loved the location; easy walking distance to many great food options. The recommendations from the host were top-notch. While great for us (two adults and a small dog), the stairs, concrete flooring, and loft setting might make it difficult for those with small children or accessibility issues. Strongly recommend!

3 night Santa Fe trip

Loft is beautiful and clean. Has everything you need to feel at home. Close to town, and very close to lots of decent restaurants. Con- Lots of stairs, not the place for you if you have any troubles climbing stairs. Overall- would stay again.
