Great property and we had a very good stay. Others should be aware of the steep driveway and limited maneuverability getting a larger vehicle in and out. Otherwise, our stay was excellent and the place itself was fun, clean and functional.

Family trip with five kids and five adults. Everyone had a great time and the cabin is beautiful! Each bedroom is nicely decorated with its own bathroom. We were able to dine together at the gorgeous table. Kids loved the games and all enjoyed the nice hot tub. Great location too! Shared pool was refreshing and close by. Highly recommend!

The Great American cabin is a true treasure! Beautiful, cozy and secluded but also very close to the main road where all the fun Pigeon Forge attractions are!!! My whole family had a blast!!!

This was an excellent property and was perfect for our entire family. Everything looked just as it did online. Plenty of dishes and towels. The games on site were great for my grandkids. The location was a bonus, being so close to everything in Pigeon Forge.

We enjoyed everything about the house, especially all the games and game room, as well as the hot tub. Location was great…very close to everything. I also liked the fact that the door would self lock after a short period of time. The beds were comfortable but the pillows were too hard for me as I have neck problems. Everything about the house was great and the host was super!

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The layout of space was perfect for my entire group. We loved the aesthetics of the cabin. The cabin was very clean. We had a few quirks to workout, but overall, it was a good cabin. The host was quick to respond to our issues. Definitely suggest a TV in the kids room and ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Maybe screens on the windows, as we did have nats flying around. Other than a few suggestions to make the cabin more comfortable, we had a great stay.

The place was spotless when we arrived. Table was set for dinner and everything looked so nice and clean. The host was wonderful and very responsive whenever I needed help with anything I had concerns with before and during the vacation. It was really nice having the pool so close for our use. The only real concern I had was with the garbage. With a family of 16 in one place for a week, we had a lot of garbage and there is very little space in the bear proof garbage bins. So, we had to leave the bags of garbage in the kitchen to keep the animals away from it. Not a big deal but would be nice to have larger bins outside. Other than that, the place was wonderful and the host was very helpful at all times. The location was great, close to everything but away from all the traffic and noise. We all had a great time in a beautiful home. Thank you.

My family had a great time staying here for my mother-in-law’s birthday. The host really thought of everything we could need and was very friendly and responsive in the app. The layout is great for large families, 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. My parents-in-law are getting up in age, so it was nice that there was one bedroom on the main floor, so they didn’t have to use the stairs a lot. My husband and I stayed up stairs with our three teenagers and the dog next door in the bunk room. And, all my siblings in law stayed in the two bedrooms downstairs with my baby nephew. The kitchen was great to cook in. There’s lots of pots and pans, including a 13x9 glass baking dish, and one really big pot that could cook enough spaghetti for 11 people. I highly recommend this property. I love the Dolly Parton theme. She is truly The Great American.
