This charming 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom private home is nestled in the exclusive gated community of Summer Beach on Amelia Island, offering the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. Just a short walk to the beach, you'll enjoy easy access to sun, sand, and surf. Inside, the home is beautifully appointed with furnishings and thoughtful touches, providing a welcoming space for relaxation. The fully equipped kitchen makes meal prep a breeze, and the cozy living area is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring.

The main living area is equipped with a sofa, three chairs and a smart TV with online streaming provided through YouTube TV. The open floor plan is great for friends and family to gather! Additional seating is provided in the screen in back patio area.

The primary bedroom offers a King bed and ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and walk-in shower. The second bedroom is equipped with a Queen bed and the third bedroom offers two sets of bunk beds with a TV.

Take advantage of the community pool to cool off on warm days or simply lounge in the sun. The backyard has an enclosed fence for your fury friends! Whether you're here for a peaceful getaway or an active beach retreat, this home is the ideal spot for making lasting memories.

Guest have access to the garage and private drive way.

Second stay at this home for spring break. It's a lovely street and the house is just what you need! Clean, well stocked, close to the beach with a beautiful walk there. Plenty of towels and beach towels, nice bikes and beach chairs. We hope to return again soon!

Perfect little beach house.

This house was perfect for our family's Spring Break trip. The house was very clean and well appointed. The neighborhood, with all the live oaks, is awesome and the walk to the beach is easy. We hope to return next year!

We fully enjoyed our stay at the Summer Beach House. The location, on a tree covered quiet street with a pathway to the beach very close by, is wonderful. The accommodations are very spacious (we were happily surprised to find it roomier than we had thought from the pictures!). And we can not say enough positive things about the management company, who made everything smooth and easy for us, and were readily available and quick to answer any questions we had. We will definitely be back!

Comfortable bed, nice towels and linens. Lovely neighborhood. Bathrooms need upgrades. Tile grout stained, yuck! Showers especially bad. Front door bolt didn't lock from outside. Lanai was musty and small yard badly neglected.

Mary, We are sorry to hear you had some issues with Summer Beach House. We always try to make sure each guest leaves happy. We will address what can be fixed, such as the yard. We had a very winter, and the Florida plants didn't fare well. It will take a little for them to come back. As of the bathrooms, we will take a look at the grout and see what can be done. Thank you for staying with us.

Fun week for family Amelia Island

The house was a good fit for 7 (5 adults, 2 children), although the dining table only handle max of 6.Overall house was great--A/C, lots of towels and ample kitchen supplies.Location near beach is a big plus. Fernandina is the BEST beach in FLA.Only concern was the community pool. Given it was June and a beach locale, it gets lots of daily use. Water was usually cloudy and really not circulating much. Needed a good cleaning/brush/vacuum and more attention overall.But overall we enjoyed the stay and the management was very responsiveto communications.
