A security deposit of $500 is required at booking, which will be returned within 2-4 weeks after the check-out, minus any deductible damages.

- This apartment is in close proximity to a fire/police station, so you can expect noise from time to time
- This is a guarded building equipped with a doorman/concierge at all times
