Comfort & Fun, All Rolled into One!

Thank you for your feedback. we are so happy that you enjoyed your stay. We try very hard to provide a clean, fun & comfortable home for our guests & are so glad it shows. We have reviewed the listing & cannot find anywhere on there where it is misleading for distance to the Smokey Mountains Park. It is listed in 2 areas in our listing as 25 miles away & according to Google maps, it is accurate. We are not really sure where else any confusion would have occurred as to the distance. To reduce any sounds of traffic, we have also purchased sound machines that will be available for you at your next visit. For the game room, typically having the door open to the basement area allows plenty of heat in the room. Perhaps it was just exceptionally cold outside during your say. We also have a space heater available upon request & will be happy to provide it to you at your next visit. Thank you again for your feedback. It helps us improve for future stays.
