Our stay was awesome, navigating from the parking garage and to your condo was confusing the 1st time but afterwards it was fine. The condo was clean, nicely decorated, well equipped with what we needed. View was great!! Location is convenient to shops and restaurants . We would definitely stay here again!!

This property was very nice and view of the ocean was amazing…only thing we didn’t like was the washer was a big headache trying to wash clothes and using the elevators trying to get to the room was terrible but everything other than that was truly amazing! Accessibility to the beach and pools was great and the pools were amazing and clean! We would definitely choose here again

Very happy with the rental. There were a few minor things that bothered me but nothing that ruined the stay. I had a few concerns that were addressed immediately. I would rent from them again!

Like other comments the curtains do need to be cleaned or replaced. The dinning table is pretty wobbly and missing a chair, the washing machine is questionable and didn’t seem to want to work so after one load I didn’t try it again. None of these issues were major. Overall value for this room was worth it and I would book again!

YALL!! This will be the place we book from here on out in PCB! For starters, if you don’t want to leave your condo, you don’t seriously. There’s SO MUCH on site for EVERYONE. Starbucks, two pools one with kiddie attractions, tiki bars, sky bar bridge (they had bingo / karaoke every night! ) , ice cream parlor, children activities, souvenir shop, fridges stocked with basic necessities, ALL THE THINGS! This was our first year traveling with a child so the onsite amenities were great and i know as our child gets older there is so much to choose from! Staff was also so nice, we had a beautiful View and really enjoyed our stay. Our favorite resteraunt is Runaway Island which is conveniently in walking distance! There’s so much to do on this side of the strip you don’t have to get in the vehicle much at all! We loved it! Amazing job, hosts!

The location was amazing, just as promised! Communication with the owner was lovely, prompt responses to questions. We had everything we needed, and more. The beds were super comfy and living area spacious!

The room was clean and comfortable, the only issue I have was with the host, we had maintenance issues with the televisions and washing machine, and when we called the number they gave us, no one answered or returned the messages we left.

When it came to check-in, we honestly didn’t realize there were two buildings across from each other one was hotel and cross was parking but connected by bridge and the traffic getting into the property was very heavy. I tried to call number for the office to get help and no one answered or ever called back Thankfully, the security staff were extremely kind and helpful, and they assisted us with the check-in process. They were amazing people.Other than that, check-in went smoothly. The condo itself was very nice, clean, and well-maintained, with a beautiful view from the balcony.Unfortunately, the weather during our stay wasn’t great. It was rainy and very windy most of the time, so the beach was under a red flag for much of our trip. We also paid to rent an umbrella and chairs, but several times we were told to take the umbrella down in the middle of the day, even though the wind didn’t seem that bad at the time. That was disappointing.The only thing I really did not like was the bed. It was extremely hard, like sleeping on a rock. I couldn’t get comfortable or sleep well, and we ended up leaving a day early because of it.Overall, if you asked me whether I would come back, my answer would be Definitely NOT not only in this hotel i will stay away from PCB

Thank you for the good rating of our condo. We are sorry that you had a problem following our instructions provided for checking into the condo. It was clearly stated directly under the Resort Name the Condo Number and address which building you would be in: "This condo is located in the East Tower. The Tower to your left on the beach when facing the water." We have never had an issue with our guests following these instructions in the past. The Beach Services Attendant must follow PCB safety guidelines when there are windy conditions with excessive speeds and strong gusts. Tropical Storm Bertha affected the PCB area the entire time of your stay even though it was many miles to the west. Umbrellas can become unguided missiles if blown away during a wind gust. Your report concerning the firm mattress is the first we have received. Unfortunately we cannot match the comfort levels of all guests especially those who prefer an super soft mattress. It is too bad you did not like the PCB area and we are sorry to hear you will not return.

Property needed some updates. Master bath shower curtain was dirty. Refrigerator/freezer had a few loose drawers we were dealing with. Kitchen was not stocked very well with kitchen essentials for cooking/storing food. We’ve stayed in several condos and this one we would not stay in again.

This is a great condo in a good location. The furniture has been updated since the listing pictures were taken so we were quite surprised to see different things, but we loved it! I agree with other reviews about the kitchen needing some updates as far as what is available to use while trying to prepare food. We thought the coffee pot had a smell to it so we literally ran and bought a new one at Walmart to use while we were there! We could have used a good size cutting board, as well. The pantry was awesome so we didn’t have to leave anything on the counters!The bed was very comfortable! I love the curtains on the bunkbeds to block light and for privacy. Loved the ample seating on the balcony facing the ocean. We’re very happy with the fact that the elevators were right outside the door and that the elevators are speedy! I will totally consider this condo again in the future or another one in the complex. We regretted that we did not get two bedrooms, but it all worked out well!

I loved the unit it was nice and the view was great. Had some concerns with dirty curtains and rugs that I addressed with the host. Please note this unit was nice and id stay in it again if it was in another resort. My biggest issue was with the lay out of the resort. Why did I have to take two elevators and an escalator to even get to our unit from the parking garage ? Getting our luggage and groceries from the car to the unit was a journey and a hassle. The sky walk had a bar which was nice but it smelled awful everyday. Almost like urine. The pools were fine, the one on the side was the best. Bar drinks were expensive for what they gave us.

The property is in need of an update. The curtains in the bedroom were filthy. There were power failures in the kitchen that would set off the stove and refrigerator. The light over the shower/tub in the hallway bathroom was out. The washer was terrible.

First off the bed didn't have but one sheet &the mattress pad was stained its just a little cheap pad that could easily be replaced. The bed was hard as ROCK so was the furniture.Who ever said the beds was comfy must like sleeping on rocks.There was sand on the couch. The curtains are stain especially in the bedroom & look very dirty. The washer was a pain it took us a few times to figure out it only washes on cold & low water. It will beep every 3 minutes. The veiw of the beach is beautiful on the balcony
