It sounds like the home delivered a truly wonderful family vacation, with that dreamy private beach access, the pool, and the sense of privacy despite being tucked into the neighborhood. We are so glad the layout gave everyone room to be comfortable, and it warms our hearts to hear the private chef was able to make full use of the kitchen. That is such a fun way to enjoy the home. We also appreciate the thoughtful suggestions and would love to share a bit of context. For the beach umbrellas, we intentionally do not stock them in our homes due to their fragile nature and the ongoing upkeep required to keep them in reliable condition. That said, we work with several trusted local rental vendors who make it easy to have gear delivered right to the property. Regarding the dishwasher pods and trash bags, we provide a small starter kit upon arrival to help bridge the first day or two. It is an intentional choice rooted in the fact that most guests prefer to pick up their preferred brands from the store once settled in. We do our best to communicate this ahead of time through our pre-arrival emails, texts, and guest guidebook so guests can plan accordingly. Your house manager will also be so glad to hear his quick response on the AC made a difference. Turning it around within the hour is exactly the standard we hold, so we are happy it landed that way.
