It was nice to have separate baths for the bedrooms since we travel with family. The elevator was helpful for luggage and to get to the 4th level

Our stay was very nice and the house was very clean. It was close to restaurants and stores. We were also not too far from the beach. We enjoyed our stay.

Parking can be problematic if you have more than 1 car. Pool area can use a trash can, and a rest room in the pool area would be ideal.

Our party of 6, along with our Shih Tzu, had ample room in this immaculately maintained unit. Conveniently located near the beach, the pier, and the Winn Dixie, this unit is spacious with friendly neighbors. We loved the garage (large enough to accommodate our Toyota Highlander and bicycles). There was parking steps away for my daughter and her husband, enabling them to load and unload with ease. Another wonderful feature was the elevator. This property has four levels (garage, main, primary bedroom, and guest beds) so the elevator allowed us to easily access all floors. We would stay here again!

We had a great family stay!! Wonderful to have 3 rooms with king beds. House was clean and we had everything we needed. Will definitely stay here again if we have the whole family with us!

Enjoyed this property so much. It was perfect for a week of relaxing and unwinding which we so desperately needed as a family. Very close to restaurants and shopping, plus beach was so close. Will stay again if the owners allow us too.

Our multi-family stay was great at Beachology! We had grandparents, parents and grandkids! The beds were super comfortable, the unit was super clean and it had everything we needed!

Beautiful property. Pet friendly. On arrival doggy treats were waiting for our four legged furchild. Immaculate condition. Elevator inside the property was an added bonus. Lots of pool floats and chairs available to use. Pool very nice and usually had the pool to our self. Nicely decorated. Bedrooms very large and spacious. Trendy bathrooms. Kitchen very well stocked with every small appliance and cooking utensils. Gas grill available for use. It is a bit far from ocean-just over a mile so needed a golf cart to go to beach. Lots of restaurants just a short golf cart ride away. Lots of towels and linens included. Washer and dryer included.Overall an excellent property

Best Vacation Ever

We had the best time staying at this location. It was unbelievable clean, maintained, and had all the essentials available. Not to mention the beds, couches, and chairs were extremely comfortable. The check-in/out process was easy and convenient. Our group enjoyed the pool, as well as the beach which was just a short distance away. We can’t wait to return for another trip to St. Simons Island and stay here!

Great rental

Rental was just as described. It was clean, stocked with everything needed, plenty of room (including an elevator which was helpful for my parents to get up and down each level) - and very close to town and the beach. The rental company was very communicative throughout and quite helpful. Would absolutely recommend and we would certainly stay again!

Beautiful condo, very convenient to Village Pier and East Beach. Spacious, with plenty of room for 9, on four floors, including garage. We were very thankful for the elevator, which was really nice for luggage in and out as well as for daily use, as needed, especially for two of our group with knee issues. The parking (we had three cars) was challenging at times, but we easily adapted with assistance from the host. The pool was an easy walk from the condo and we enjoyed it as a refresher from the beach and sand during the week. There was a little confusion on some of the communications, but easily worked out. Locks were all handled with codes -for the garage, doors to the condo from the garage steps if elevator not used and from the outside steps, and to the pool gate. It was a little inconvenient not having a garage door remote, but manageable. Overall, an excellent place for our week's stay for a family of five, a couple with no children and grandparents. We would highly recommend!
