The condo needs a paint job and undated furnishings. The kitchen was poorly furnished. Thank goodness we planned to only fix breakfast and lunch sandwiches as there would not have been the ability to cook a regular meal. The shower needs updating with instructions on how to operate. The AC was very noisy and annoying all night. Beach view was good.

Wonderful beach view and comfortable clean accommodations. Only negative was that most units have pool directly beneath. Take ground coffee as no pod coffee maker . Definitely recommend this unit!

The condo was clean, well stocked for our stay, and convenient to the beach and local restaurants. Checking in and out was a breeze thru text communications with host. Beach access was just a few short steps away and was able to rent chairs conveniently infront of the condo for a small fee and didn’t have to lug large items back and forth. Enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

Condo was tidy and staff were helpful. The location was great and we loved the balcony furniture. Some updates (such as a better mattress) would make a huge difference, but overall we were very happy with our stay. The pool was closed for renovation, so be sure to check for the re-opening date before you go.

We love this building for all the amenities they have. The unit was clean and well equipped including the kitchen. Bed was comfortable. The view of the gulf is amazing and beautiful. The check in & out process was simple. Would definitely recommend and we plan to stay again.

I have two notes, but we had great time. Upgrade the television. The tv is old and outdated, get an HD smart TV. Also the toilet is old and bad. You need to upgrade the toilet.

Beautiful property and views

The stay overall was amazing. Property was clean unit was exactly like pictures. Only negative thing I would say at no fault to the host is the elevator situation at the resort was horrible. We talked to other owners while there and it’s been an issue for over a year. 4 elevators and at times only one worked. But if you are patient the room is worth a little headache.

Great location!! BUT... The keypad on the door took several attempts to get in.(each day) After contacting someone they said it's a building issue not the owners issue. Still never got fixed. They supplied 3 ounces of dish soap, 1 roll of Tp, 1 laundry pod 1 roll of paper towel , and 1 dishwasher tab for an entire week stay which is NOT ENOUGH. Thankfully I complained and a gal brought Some. The place looks amazing in the pictures, but it needs updating, dirty couches,paint chips, dirty light fixtures, dust on most surfaces, the kitchen table and chairs are junk, and wobbly. Not comfy ....I recleaned the place upon arrival, sand was everywhere. The bed was squeaky and creaky, only 1 side of the toaster worked, they brought a new one. Dirty dishes in cupboard, food caked on. I shouldn't have to wash every dish to make sure nobody got bacteria or sick. Cupboards had no organization stuff was just everywhere. For the amount we paid, I feel things could have been better. The indoor pool had such strong chlorine smell I couldn't go in, I'm on oxygen, I literally couldn't breathe. More ventilation or keep a door open. They had fans but it didn't help. The elevators were great, the beach was amazing. We've been to several VRBO, I would give this place an overall 5/10. The pictures were deceiving. The pictures made it seem AMAZING, but that wasn't our experience.

While the room is nice and clean with a great view, the king size bed needs some updating. It is noisy and uncomfortable. It’s noisy just when rolling over or adjusting oneself. The side closer to the bathroom is worse than the side by the window. Overall it’s a nice place, but I wouldn’t stay here again.

Very clean space with friendly staff. We only stayed a couple days during the week, and even with the four elevators, they got overcrowded at times. The room was good, great view, unless you don't want to hear people at the pool. My only complaint is the bed which was hard and squeaky.
