All went really well. The location is awesome. The space is quite tight in the living area but I didn’t spend much time in there. Would definitely rent this again.

Great little bungalow vibe. Great location for downtown Springfield. Great property owner. Great stay! Kept us nice and cozy during the snow. Loved our stay. Thank you, Cheryl!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! From the very beginning, the host was incredibly accommodating and made us feel welcome. What really stood out was the communication—even before our check-in date, the host was responsive, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed to have a smooth and stress-free stay. The property was exactly what we were hoping for, and the price was very reasonable for what we received. It’s always a great feeling when a host genuinely cares about their guests’ experience, and that was definitely the case here.We were extremely impressed with the hospitality, communication, and overall value. I would absolutely recommend staying here and would gladly book this property again in the future. 5 stars all around!

Our host was very helpful when we realized our stay was going to be cut short by a day. She did what she could to refund us the one day we removed from our itinerary. The small apartment was very convenient to all our events in Springfield and was within walking distance of a small park and the MSU campus. Overall, this apartment met our needs and we had a wonderful trip to Springfield.

This little apartment holds everything you need for a stay in Springfield, Missouri. Its location to both Missouri State University and the downtown area is perfect for checking out both. The apartment itself was spotless, the queen size bed very comfortable and the apartment manager. made the check-in & checkout easy. I will stay here again when I come to visit family & friends.

Perfect for What I Needed

I loved staying here, had everything I needed for a work trip. Love the private "patio" area.

Very nice. We had a big group so rented the 8-bedroom house as well as this converted-garage apartment. They are on the same property, but the apartment felt very private, with windows facing away from the house. All was as advertised, and everything worked. Host Cheryl was very responsive. Neighborhood was close to campus. Nearby shops included a coffee shop, frozen custard, bookstore, and thrift store; and a cute downtown a few blocks away. Also a big grocery store a block or two away. Pretty neighborhood for walking around - big houses and well-kept gardens. I would definitely go back if visiting Springfield again.

Stay at Walnut Street

The place was nice overall and it was nice to have a kitchen. The water heater was pretty small so I had to keep my showers short, I feel like this could be something that could be irritating if you have more than one person staying there.

Clean and Comfy

This unit was perfect for my one-person stay. The accomodations were clean, well-appointed, and the kitchen was well-equipped. I appreciated the charging cords in the bedroom, as well as the two large-screen internet TVs--one in the living area and one in the bedroom. The unit is also very convenient to several fast-food restaurants, a grocery store, and a CVS, so it was easy to pick up things I needed during my stay. I would absolutely stay here again.

The directions were vague, the Vrbo was nice, just not clean. There was hair and blood on the sheets. The ceiling fan was dusty. There was an ant mound in the bedroom, and ants crawling all on the floor. We found what looked like mice droppings under the toaster.

This unit is under one year old. My cleaners have been with me for 8 years. When you complain in a review instead upon arrival, that means you’re looking for a refund. Please see other reviews
