We enjoyed our stay very much. Our hosts were very understanding and receptive of all of our questions. The back yard was really enjoyed by our fur babies. Location was very convenient for us and our guests. We would rent again.

The house was very nice and perfect for our family. Paid for the pool to be heated it was fantastic for our 2,3 and 6 year old great granddaughters. Tessie the host was very easy to get in touch with and address anything that came up. We definitely enjoyed our month in her home and morning walks in the neighborhood. Would definitely consider renting this property again.

This house was perfect for our family vacation. It. Was extremely clean and well taken care of. The kids rooms were a big hit with the bunk beds. The property was big with plenty of room for my in-laws dog to run around. An amazing kitchen with everything that you would need to make any kind of meal. The pool was amazing. My kids loved it. We paid the extra to have the heat on but it was well worth it. It's not that far from most of the stores but a little drive to the parks. If we come back to the area we will definitely stay again.

Pool house

The property owner was amazing. They answered any questions immediately. The home was absolutely beautiful! It was very clean and had everything you could possibly need.

Tessie’s home in Clermont was exceptional. It was carefully thought out and well appointed. Compared to other VRBO properties we have stayed at, this property was superior in so many different ways. The home was spotless, the pool and backyard were really private due to the privacy fence and even though the neighboring houses were relatively close, our stay was very quiet and peaceful. The home had more space than we needed because it was just my wife and I for most of our stay but the house was set up well to accommodate two families with children. The location was just off Highway 27 which although pretty busy has many retail and dining options. We also walked to the grocery store several times each week in the morning which was a great way to avoid traffic and beat the rush. Tessie was always reachable and extremely responsive to the few questions we had. Tessie also was very generous with a welcome basket and the home had many supplies and items that made the property feel like a home from home. We like nice things and really appreciated that nothing was basic and/or cheap unlike many other VRBO rentals. We definitely felt like the property was good value for money and would definitely return to the property if we are looking for a VRBO in the area in the future.

The home was as advertised. The pictures matched. Everything appeared to be fairly new. Tessie was very responsive. The only negative is the busy neighborhood but it’s not really a problem. Will definitely rent this home again!
