Comfortable house with great amenities

We really enjoyed our time in islamorada. The house was very comfortable, it has everything you will need for your stay and even more!

Winter Getaway

This is a very clean, super sports-equipped, comfortable home in a nice ,quiet and convenient neighborhood. The owner was very accommodating and answered any questions (few) that I had in very nice and prompt manner. The kitchen has everything you need and the beds are comfortable. Stores and restaurants are conveniently located. Thanks Joseph for sharing your beautiful home with me! I would love to stay again.

Great place in the Keys

My wife and our 2 small kids spent just over a month here and we wish we could have stayed longer. Everything was clean and as described. Joseph was responsive and available if needed, but gave us privacy. Our kids are too small to swim well and it was nice to have a fenced in yard and not directly on a canal. The place is loaded with games and activities (basketball, ping pong, darts, board games, hot tub, BBQ, SUP board, skateboard, etc.) which was a lot of fun. The place is convenient to a grocery store and a fresh catch of the day fish market (Cesamar). We went almost daily to the free Founders Park beach, gym, soccer fields or visited state parks in the area. The kids also really loved Theater of the Sea and we preferred it to the large over crowded theme parks.

Wonderful, Joseph is the best host

Joseph’s house is everything in the description of his place and more. We had a terrific 4 months at his place. The house is very well kept up and stocked with all you need. Joseph went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. The neighborhood is very friendly and safe. Joseph is always available to help with anything that we needed but will give you all the space you want. He knows all the local stuff like fishing, snorkeling and diving. Shopping, restaurants, movie theaters, library and more are very close. We were with in 3 miles of almost everything. We were even only about a three block walk to church. Getting in and out on highway 1 was easy too. There is a Winn Dixie less than 2 miles from the house. We enjoyed it so much we will be back again. We would recommend you book early to get the times you want. We liked everything about this place. Thank you again, Joseph for making our stay a great experience. PS: He has a grill, hot tub,basketball court, a man cave, TVs in every bedroom, bicycles, washer and dryer, 2 outdoor seating areas, games, DVD players, satellite TV, WiFi, kayaks and the most wonderful basket chair swing. We loved the swing, it was like floating while we were reading. We highly recommend this place.

Joseph's house was perfect for our family during our month long stay in the Keys! The location was fantastic, Joseph was easy to communicate with and responded very quickly to any needs that we had. We brought our 22ft Center Console boat, and had peace of mind that we could lock it away in the gated yard. The process of going to the community boat ramp was easy and just a short drive away. The house was clean and had everything our family needed to enjoy our stay. Joseph thought of everything you could possibly need, my kids enjoyed playing basketball in the yard and we enjoyed relaxing and playing the outdoor games under the house. We couldn't have asked for a better host or property and we would not hesitate to book Joseph's house again!

Perfect Location for Diving

This was the perfect house for our 5 weeks diving in the Keys. The covered open area provided an excellent area for cleaning and hanging our dive gear. The main living area was comfortable, and the kitchen allowed us to cook any meals we wanted to eat at home. We will definitely look to rent this house again the next time we are in the Tavernier/Islamorada area as it is a great home base to explore all there is to do here. Joseph was a fantastic owner to rent from. He was very communicative and quickly responded to any questions we had.

Wonderful vacation home

This was the perfect place for our 5 week vacation. The home was clean and was perfect because there was a place to my boat. There were so many amenities that came with this home we loved them all. The hot tub was great to relax and enjoy the evening. The man cave down below was perfect to hangout and relax in. Next trip that we take to the keys we will be renting this home again. The host was great and gave use the privacy needed but was always a phone call away if we ever needed anything. Thank you again for letting us stay in your home.

Perfect Location!!

My husband and I stayed in this home with our two teenage sons over the summer. It was in a perfect location and the owner maintains this house beautifully. It was very comfortable and there was plenty to do at the property when we weren't on the water. You won't be disappointed with this rental!

Perfect Keys Hideaway

I had the pleasure of staying in this home for 4 months. It is a quiet and comfortable home in a great neighborhood. The downstairs entertaining area is amazing and you should never be bored. Highly recommended!
