Location was great for our stay. Beach access not per photos and the pool was hard to find.

Best property management rental experience!

We have stayed in the Navarre area for the past 3 yrs and this was by far the cleanest rental, with a management company that was incredibly responsive and helpful for little things we needed during our extended stay. We cannot say enough about how well they communicated and responded. If you are an owner-consider this company. If you are a renter, know that renting with itrip Navarre will give you peace of mind for a great property and no surprises!

The inside of the house was nice, but I did see one cockroach. The pool was cloudy during our stay so we didn’t use it. The neighborhood was ok, a little run down in spots. Parking is challenging with a large vehicle but can be done. The house was only 10-15 minutes to the beach which was nice. Overall the property was good.

We enjoyed the stay but the bed in the master bedroom was super firm and not comfortable at all. We would definitely stay again but hopefully next time with a more comfortable mattress. Communications with host is very quick and efficient.
