The Space:

It’s just like when you check in at a hotel and give your ID and security deposit to the front desk, except our front desk is online! It's super easy to complete on your phone! We use a web-based system called Happy Guest, and you’ll receive a personalized rental agreement, ID verification, and a simple security hold (which is not a security deposit) to receive your arrival instructions. It’s simple: finish these steps, and you’re all set to enjoy your stay! Note: arrival info won’t be sent without completing these steps, and refunds aren’t possible if skipped. Your personalized guidebook will give you all the info about the home, my favorite local spots, automatic early check-in notifications, and sometimes even late checkout! Guest Access:
Entire space plus all home amenities is included in this rental. Please make yourself at home.

Getting Around:
You can park in the driveway and in front of the garage. DO NOT park or block the neighbor we share a driveway with. I highly recommend using ride sharing services you can use Uber or Lyft.

✅ We love pets and welcome them at our property, but please note the following conditions:
✅ All pets must be declared prior to arrival and are subject to approval.
✅ While our home is pet-friendly, we reserve the right to approve or decline pet requests based on property or booking specifics.
✅ A $100 flat pet fee applies per stay and covers up to 3 pets. This fee must be paid prior to check-in.
✅ Pets must not be left unattended at the property at any time.
✅ Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets, both inside and outside of the home.
✅ If a pet causes damage or requires additional cleaning, guests will be responsible for the cost of repairs or cleaning, which will vary depending on the extent of the issue.
✅ Bringing an unapproved pet may result in a $150 violation fee.
By booking, guests agree to comply with this pet policy in full.

Interaction with Guests:
We love our guests and enjoy hearing from you ! You will have access to the home via a keyless entry system. You'll have your very own personal code. We give you your privacy, but are always available via messenger if you need to get in touch! This is our family beach vacation home and we love seeing your photos and hearing about wonderful memories being made here !
