Great Experience

The property was nice and in a nice area, quiet with swimming pool access and near to beach access. Great view of the 18th hole tee box. We did find an ant issue in the kitchen. There was spray under the sink however so resolved easily. The beds were very comfortable and the showers were very good. Would stay again!

Regarding the ants, we want to assure you that we have professional exterminators service the property every month to spray and prevent pests. With the unusually heavy rainfall recently, insects have been driven indoors seeking shelter from the storms. We’re happy that the ant spray provided under the sink resolved the issue quickly and that one of our maintenance team members was able to come out immediately to check as well. We had a great stay! The house was perfect size for our family of 5 plus grandparents. Everything was clean and fully stocked. The walk to the beach was a little far in the heat with all of our gear but someone would drive and drop the rest of us off with the beach chairs, bags and boards and then go back to park the car and walking back empty handed was much easier! Highly recommend renting or bringing bikes as HHI is very bikeable (there are bikes everywhere) and we enjoyed biking around palmetto dunes and looking at all the gorgeous houses! The weather was not great during our stay (lots of rain) but we still had a great time and enjoyed beach time every day even if only for a couple of hours. We were very happy with the house and the island! Would stay again!
