Hands down the BEST place we’ve stayed! Super clean, spacious and lots of fun activities for the kiddos. All of the extra amenities provided by the host gave an extra sense of comfort. We highly recommended staying here!

Awesome home on the lake! It was clean, comfortable and set up with everything we needed. We really enjoyed the deck looking out over the lake and the game room set up in the garage.

We loved everything about our stay. The house is absolutely gorgeous! The host has thought of everything and everything is well appointed. The location is ideal for exploring the area and the view is lovely. We will definitely be back.

The Hangout was awesome! Very modern and clean. Super cool setup. Large bathrooms and kitchen. The rec room area was great. There were some items missing/broken from there but the host was very responsive and replaced them right away. I would definitely stay here again!

very nicely appointed with lots of room for all of us. the game room downstairs was a big hit. quick, responsive support when we had a hiccup with the tv. will definitely try to stay here again if we go back to hot springs.

Volleyball Tournament Weekend

What a neat property! 3 nice sized bedrooms. Very clean. Well maintained. Game room in the basement was fun for the children and me. Very pleased. We will try to stay there again sometime. Very responsive.

the property was extremelty good. Beautiful home. we hated to leave. could have had more info as to the number of the unit. We arrived after dark and had a hard tim locating the property. Wish we had known it was number 16.

We had a great time at ‘The Hangout’. The location was just over the bridge and even though it’s not on the water, the house sits high enough and has beautiful huge windows to watch the boats go by and just enjoy the lake view. My 2 oldest boys really enjoyed the game room. The master bedroom is super spacious, which was nice since we also have a 2 year old and a baby with us, so there was plenty of room for the pack n play. The kitchen had all the things we needed and has beautiful new appliances. Really great place for families with children to stay!

Great location overlooking the water: best part was watching the sunrise and sunset. Our kids really enjoyed the retro video games and dart board downstairs. Many things were provided that I was not expecting such as coffee/tea and some small snacks. Also met some pleasent people at the pool that live there year round.Some items were difficult to find (e.g. sheets for the pullout couch in the basement were in the dresser of the upstairs master bedroom). Could use a few more cooking utensils/newer frypan.Overall, I highly recommend this place.

The pictures are amazing but does not describe how beautiful and breathtaking this place was. Our family had an amazing time and was perfectly located where you are not far from anything. View was amazing. The whole family slept very well on the beds. The pool was a perfect end to everydays adventure. Most of the neighbors that live there were very friendly and inviting. Definitely will return.

Our family had a great time. The pool is right across the street. Beautiful views of the lake from the balcony. Everything that we needed for cooking was available. Gas grill is clean and ready to go. The gas fire pit was awesome and easy to use so the kids could make s’mores. Overall great stay!
