As often happens in life, we did have a few technical issues but the host was very responsive and we were able to get things addressed quickly. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would love to stay again!

The home/compound was incredibly beautiful. It provided every need we had that was family friendly. The view was amazing and so relaxing. The location was just around the corner from a strip of shops/restaurants/ bars and beach. We would love to reserve this home again!

We had a truly amazing week in Luquillo. Views and constant ocean sounds are unbelievable! Very convenient to all kinds of great activities in rainforest, bioluminescent bay… and walkable to unreal beaches. Favorite part? We all lived fully outside the whole week except for sleeping. The kitchen and outdoor living area is a dream!

For some of us it was our first stay in Luquillo, and the best part about this property was the location. For being a beachfront property, there were so many restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. The outdoor space was more ample than it looked online.The views were amazing and you could see up and down the coast without any obstructions. The proximity to El Yunque was a nice surprise as well.The pool was sparkling clean and having the hot tub stay automatically heated until midnight was great. The air conditioning worked to perfection, which was a huge plus. We would definitely recommend this property to others looking for an enjoyable stay on this side of the island.

Had a wonderful stay! Many separate bedrooms and you cannot beat the view of the beach and access to it. Awesome pool and hot tub. Tons of walkable food destinations. Close to El Yunque waterfalls. 30-ish mins from San Juan. I hosted a group of 6 friends here and we had an absolute blast. This place is awesome!

The house was great. Host was very responsive. Loved the roar of the waves. The kids loved the pool. Didn't really need hot water in the hot tub. The weather was hot!

Stunning Ocean Views

What an amazing house for a group to be together yet have their own space. The house rules kept the bedrooms comfortable as did the outdoor kitchen. Those doing the cooking were always part of the fun. Tons to do at the house and no need to leave with the ocean in your backyard. The pool was great to cool off or relax in. Hammocks and tons of seating. We even had fresh coconuts from the backyard palms. The beach access was easy on either side of the house and at low tide, right from the steps. Easy 15minute walk to the Kiosks for food, shopping and local vibes. Always felt safe walking around day or night. Grocery stores, restaurants, and the rain forrest all very close drive. There are upgrades/upkeep the house needs but when compared to the other homes in the neighborhood this house is excellent! If you arent in a rush when driving places, I recommend taking the non toll roads, doesnt take much longer and you get a better view of neighborhoods/life instead of toll road traffic. Kent and Angelina were responsive and kind hosts!

We will begin this review by sharing the positive. The view of the ocean and beach were beautiful. The pool was nice and clean. That's it.You are not able to access the beach unless you climb down over boulders. Access to the beach was obviously destroyed in some storm years ago and not replaced. The alternative access is to walk half a mile in the tropical heat in a neighborhood full of abandoned homes and public beach. The pool has a fountain that we could not identify what it represented, but it looked like the Alamo. The outdoor kitchen was not enjoyable in the heat, but worst of all, it had no DISHWASHER! We did not look on the webpage to see if it had a dishwasher since we assumed all VRBO properties had one! For this size house and 13 people, it was torture! The 3 bedrooms downstairs are like maid's quarters, or a seedy motel.We don't have space here for details!We were embarrassed for our family members who had to stay there. Does VRBO not visit the properties they represent? The pictures on the website ARE NOT TRUE TO FORM! Upstairs, the 3 bedrooms were 2-star quality, with tile half done in the small bathrooms. We were lucky to have water, since Puerto Rico has water shortages, but we had trouble with hot water in most bathrooms. The neighborhood this house is in looks very seedy with abandoned homes and cars - pretty Third World. We do not recommend this house unless they do a full remodeling and bring it up to U.S. standards. They DO NOT deserve a 5 star rating!
