This property was perfect for our stay! Everything we needed for the beach was there, so we did not have to bring anything! The place was clean and ready for guest! Our sweet older dog enjoyed his time there as well!

We loved this bungalow! My husband and I went for two weeks, worked remote, and felt at home. Matt was kind enough to allow us to bring our cats, who loved watching the lizards out the windows. The beach chairs were great too - not rusted through like most places we stay. The beds were very comfortable and had great mattress toppers. We couldn’t hear the neighbors at all and everything felt very private. The kitchen was fully stocked and we cooked a lot at home. Very convenient to bars, restaurants, beach access and groceries. We had some maintenance concerns but Matt responded within a minute and had handymen out same day. I cannot recommend this rental enough. Whether a long weekend or extended stay, we will be back!

This property was perfect! We were in town for a wedding and the house was in such a great location. We were able to walk to the beach with our dogs and just hang out for an hour or so in between events. Our host was extremely accommodating and responded to any message we left, immediately. (We’re technologically challenged) We were left a gift card for an ice cream shop and our son and girlfriend went and said it was the BEST ice cream they’d ever had! High praise from our 25 year old son! We’ve gone to St Augustine since our son was 5 months old and we would definitely stay here again!

The bungalow was nice. There are a few areas that need some TLC, owner is aware and working toward. It has almost everything you could need in the house, cooking utensils, bowls, plates, cups, pots, pans, dish soap, paper towels, etc, bathing, washing machine, dryer. The two front bedrooms are very nice. The outside is nice with green plants and fire pit, grill, chairs, lighted, area. Chairs, umbrellas and cart for the beach provided. The owner, Matt is prompt to respond and works resolve any issues.
