Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Seascape as a whole is amazing! We were a bit disappointed with our room and we did call multiple times to get someone to come fix some issues but they never came. Cleaning wise and damaged property is definitely things that need to be looked at more thoroughly. Also, for paying extra to have a late checkout to then pretty much being pushed out by people to clean really sucked. I think communication on that part needs to be better.

It's disappointing to hear that your maintenance requests went unanswered despite multiple calls — that's not the level of service we aim for, and we'll be addressing this with our team directly. We also take the cleanliness and property damage concerns seriously and will be following up to make sure these are properly reviewed. And you're right to call out the late checkout situation — paying for that extra time and then feeling rushed out by cleaning staff isn't fair, and it points to a real gap in how that's being communicated on our end. We appreciate your honesty, and we'd like the chance to make this right if you're willing to give us another shot in the future.
