Very nice and spacious home. Great location. lots of fun and games for the family to enjoy. Definitely a great place to rent for family reunion, gatherings, etc. Chad and Katie are great post always available and very good communication to make sure you’re staying is problem and stress-free.

This was an amazing place to have a family reunion of 3 to 4 different families. Everyone had ample space and something to do. The host was extremely communicative and if we had any questions, we got a response quickly. The hot tub was clean, the cornhole was fun. We really appreciated the pool table and the TVs in each room. I would highly recommend this property as a great place to have a gathering and have plenty of room to spread out.

Great house and a great location

Amazingly close to so much, yet in a quiet neighborhood very close to Pre’s trail for walking or running. We’d definitely recommend it!

We rented because of a remodeling job at our home in Eugene. We (family of 5) really didn't want to be in a hotel for 10 days so, we chose to look at a VRBO that might be fun for "staycation". The home was perfect for a big ducks fan, really down to the smallest details. There were games for our kids, and we loved the hot tub (clean and new) with outdoor TV. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook. We've stayed at many VRBOs where even some basic supplies were lacking. The hosts were extremely flexible with our family. The contractor gave us a "window" of when they would be done and it was changing frequently. At one point they would be done, early, so we thought we'd need an early check-out. The deadline was changing almost every other day, our hosts were very accomodating and understood our somewhat crazy schedule. We highly recommend this home and it's hosts! 5 star all the way.

Host is super responsive and helpful. House is beautiful and has everything you would need. The game room is fun! Prime location that is walkable to Autzen stadium. The house is also very clean. Highly recommend this home.

The host was very professional and the home was in good condition overall. My only complaint was that the hall shower would only go lukewarm. Everyone used the shower in the master bedroom as no one wants to take a cold shower.

Beautiful home, nice and clean. Layout is wonderful for family gathering. Love the backyard. Hot tub was cleaned and drained while we were there on Friday so we couldn't use it because it did not heat up at all. Hot tub needs to be hot so it was very disappointing. Everything would be amazing if hot tub was not cleaned and drained during our stay and it was hot at least 102 or 103. It was luke warm at best. My daughter was looking forward to sit in the hot tub after her track and field championship at Hayward but it was not hot at all.

This house is perfect for a Family. I invited our young nieces and nephews after the death of their great grandmother (my MIL) during our stay. She had a hand in raising them so the children were taking it really hard. The House seemed a God sent for them. Because of circumstances with MIL, vacationing had been impossible. House was clean, well maintained, and had lots of family entertainment. I would recommend and I would stay again when visiting family in Eugene. Owner responds quickly as well. Very pleased!

Beautiful, relaxing, safe and fun!

I had a difficult situation, my sister had a medical emergency and was moved to Riverbend Hospital. This house was a refuge and we all enjoyed having a space to get away, relax and refuel for the hospital. My sister made it out okay. I am so grateful to have had this place to get some peace in a very hard time. Communication with the owners was easy and helpful. Will stay here again!

The house was great, excatly as pictured. Lots to for kids and teens. Really enjoyed the yard games and hot tub, house was spacious and well appointed. Kitchen had everything we needed. It is in quite neighborhood, which was nice. We were there for a track meet at Hayward field, so quiet and restful is what we were looking for. The location was good, only about 10 minutes to campus.
