The property was perfect. It was fully equipped with everything & more. Michelle was excellent in communication! The pool being so close was a plus. The location was amazing easy drive to the beach, grocery store, mini golf and more. I would definitely stay here again!

This three-bedroom unit was perfect for our Outer Banks trip with our granddaughter! Highly recommended! Clean, well-maintained and very close to the pool. It was also not far from Publix, Lost Treasure Mini Golf, Wright Brothers National Memorial, many restaurants and the beach. The host Michelle is very easy to communicate with! Thanks for the tip on using the beach access at Prospect with the bathroom and outdoor shower! A fun trip despite some rainy days!

We had a wonderful stay at the condo. The ramp and handicap parking spot were a big plus for us. The locationwas perfect. The condo is very spacious and comfortable.We definitely plan to rent it again in the future.

We enjoyed staying at this condo for our OBX vacation this year. We had two adults and two teenagers. There was plenty of room for us and the condo was very clean! The beds were comfy and they even provided blankets for each guest—such a nice touch. Michelle contacted me about early check in, we were able to check in when we got into KDH—earlier than we anticipated. We enjoyed the large pool and it was very close. The screened in porch was an added bonus! I was able to take my daily walk through the neighborhood each morning or evening. It was safe and there were lots of people jogging, walking, and bike riding. My 14 year old son played basketball every day on the pickle ball courts. We loved the close proximity to the beach, stores, and restaurants. 10/10!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. The condo was well stocked with all the things one might need like laundry soap, dish soap, toothbrushes and tooth paste, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Very family friendly with baby items too! Nice walking path nearby. We saw bunnies, deer and a turtle even while walking in the mornings. Screened in porch was a bonus too. A great place to take a family. Only drawback was smell of old smoke in the condo- only noticable when you first walk in-once inside not as noticable.

OBX Family Trip

Amazing property! First floor condo!-clean-roomy - living room had comfy couch, loveseat, and a chair big enough for 2 people-kitchen had everything needed for a night of cooking -bathrooms - clean - toothpaste, toothbrush, shampoo/conditioner, and soap supplied(that was a nice extra) - great water pressure-bedrooms - comfy and roomy-washer/dryer -the outdoor covered and screened in porch was amazing and great way to unwind after a day at the beach-wifi worked great-pool - clean and right next to the condoEasy to get in and out of the property. It was just a bit off the main roadPublix within walking distance Close to lots of restaurants The owners left nothing out in making our stay amazing!! You won’t go wrong booking with them!!!

Perfect place to stay at the outer banks. The house was clean and very comfortable in every way. Michelle was very nice and helpful. The beds were comfortable, the house layout was comfortable and the porch was fabulous for those warm balmy sit outside and slow down kind of nights. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Thank you.
