The location was fantastic and the quality of the property was wonderful. My husband and I had a great time in the condo and enjoyed all the close restaurants and amenities. The check in process was so easy!

The villa was exactly as described and pictured. The location is perfect, close to shopping, restaurants, and the beach. The complex pool is kept clean. Booking, check-in, and communication could not have been better. We would love to stay here again on a future trip to Hilton Head.

I booked this condo due to the excellent reviews and they were spot on! I know I’ll repeat a lot of the reviews, but it really is exceptionally clean, the furniture(especially the king bed) is all nice and comfy, the kitchen has everything you need, nice big TVs, really nice(look brand new) fancy washer & dryer. Don’t bring your own beach chairs either, the ones Nicole supplies were nicer than the ones I own! The balcony is set up great with nice furniture & decor.The complex is so close to everything, easy walk to beach/stores/restaurants.There is a small water area behind the building and there are a bunch of turtles and even a small gator!I really can’t say enough about the host and the condo. Def the best VRBO we have stayed at!

Absolutely beautiful villa. Nicely decorated, clean, comfortable bed, and quiet. Close to the beach, shops, restaurants, walking/bike trails and a great park. Thoroughly enjoyed staying here for 2 weeks. Have stayed at the complex before several times and this villa was definitely top of the list. The owner was wonderful to deal with.

10/10 – Absolutely Amazing! A Home Away From Home!From start to finish, our stay at this beautiful villa in Hilton Head was absolutely amazing! The area was gorgeous, the villa was spotless, and the atmosphere was so warm, cozy, and welcoming. It truly felt like a home away from home!What impressed me the most was the attention to the little details. The hosts thought of EVERYTHING! From beach chairs, beach towels, and a beach bag to even an umbrella in case it rained, everything we could possibly need was already there. It’s those thoughtful touches that truly set this villa apart. All you need to do is show up with your clothes and groceries, and you’re ready to enjoy your vacation!The host was also incredibly responsive and helpful whenever I had a question, which made the entire experience even better.I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place! I’ve already recommended it to friends, and I will absolutely be returning. If you’re looking for a beautiful, clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped place to stay in Hilton Head, look no further!10 out of 10! Highly recommend!

Wonderful property that was perfect for our Hilton Head getaway. Location is unbeatable, walk to beach, restaurants and shopping and the property is welled maintained and was perfectly kitted out for a turn key stay. Super clean with an oversized bedroom and nice terrace for catching some sun. The owner thought of everything from beach chairs to amenities to make settling in a breeze.

Our stay was great! The location was only about a 5 minute walk to the beach. The home was just as described: beautiful, large, and easy to access. We would definitely stay here again for our next trip to HHI!

I absolutely loved this condo! The owners made everything so easy from booking to checking in and checking out. They respond right away and they’re very nice. The condo was very clean and there were so many extras we were not expecting (like beach chairs! we forgot to bring our own but thankfully there were some in the closet!). The location is also perfect. Not too far from anything! Highly recommend if you’re planning on going to HHI anytime soon :) we hope to be back!!

This is an outstanding VRBO! There was just two of us staying and it was perfect for us. The King size bed was very comfortable and the condo was extremely clean. Fantastic location to walk to the beach, shopping, and many restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We truly enjoyed our stay in Hilton Head Island, and when we go back, I plan to rebook this condo for us. There was a couch that made into a queen bed, but we did not need this for our stay. The host was very responsive to texts and helpful with questions we had. My husband and I were very pleased with everything! 5 star rating from us!

The location was so close to Coligny and beach access. Being able to walk or bike was so convenient rather than driving to local places. The condo was beautifully decorated and a nice size. Loved having dual balcony access from living room and bedrooms. All the amenities you need are provided. The pool was refreshing. I didn’t utilize the tennis courts but they looked well maintained.My only complaint, which is no fault of the host, is that parking at times was tricky. I have a large vehicle so when tiny cars were not utilizing the under building parking, it was challenging.Overall I was incredibly happy with my stay and the communication with the host!

Great place for a couple

My husband and I were traveling for the long weekend - just the two of us. This was a perfect place for us! Convenient location and the right accommodations. Beautiful place, comfortable stay. Host was very communicative!

Just book it! I cannot provide enough positive comments about this property, saying it is well appointed simply does not do it! The condo is as beautiful as the pics show AND it’s also extremely well equipped for all your needs..having beach chairs is one thing.. having a beach bag, beach towels, “money holder” and insulated cups, that’s host excellence! Then the icing…Location location location perfection! We parked in the garage and even that was spotless. The entire property is well maintained. The host is extremely responsive. Ohhhh, I must shout out the cleaning service, I think it was AP Luxury Cleaning Service, bathroom starter pack included a makeup facecloth and eye pads..I mean!!!! Again host excellence! I have already sent this condo to a friend. So grateful:)

The kitchen was fully equipped with anything needed for cooking. I cooked one meal per day. The condo was extremely clean, and all everything was as described. Plenty of room. Very quiet and well maintained. Literally one block from Coligny Beach/plaza. Lots of shopping.

I recently stayed for a week and thoroughly enjoyed the condo. It was very clean and had nicely updated kitchen appliances and cookware which is important to me. Having stayed in this complex a couple of times already I was familiar with the area and decided not to rent a car this time. I was able to bike and walk everywhere. I will stay when I'm in the area.
