We had a wonderful two night stay prior to a cruise. We were sent video instructions on how to enter the property which was extremely helpful because we arrived at night and the signage isn’t very clear. The property was beautifully furnished and clean. It’s right in the heart of old San Juan so we didn’t need an uber except when arriving and leaving. We had plenty of space for our party of six. We would happily recommend this property to anyone.

Amazing host , house is well equipped , has all supplies to go at the beach ( no need to pay for chair rental , umbrellas etc ) I definitely will back again with my family. Also Location is perfect !!!

We loved Michael’s place, right in the heart of Old San Juan and so easy to walk to great restaurants and bars. Bed was comfy and the house was as clean. It was a winner!!!

The place was beautiful and walkable to everything. The owner put attention in every detail-from linens and towels, to coffee maker, pods, and filtered water pitcher. There were beach towels, chairs, hairdryer, iron, and first aid kit. Clean and comfortable. Felt like home! Thank you for making our stay effortless!

Great place to stay

We loved the location. We could just walk to all of our destinations. The apartment was clean and tidy and Manish was always available to answer any questions. There are no windows in the bedrooms but that worked out perfectly for sleeping.

Amazing Gem in San Juan

Manish is an incredible host for this VRBO! The condo was spotless and looks exactly as pictured. AC was ice cold (which is definitely needed for the PR heat and humidity). Any questions prior to and during stay, Manish was extremely fast to answer. If you’re looking for a great place to stay in the heart of the city, I would highly recommend!

OMG. This unit is amazing! It is hard to find a big enough space in Old San Juan for a family of 4 and this was perfect! My children loved the 2 queen beds in the second bedroom. The washer/dryer came in handy as this was the last leg of our 10 day trip. The apartment was spacious with plenty of furniture in all rooms. The view from the coffee bar at the windows was fun for people watching. Location was right in the heart of Old San Juan, but far enough away from the nightlife that it was silent in the bedrooms at night. A/C was cold and the videos to show check-in instructions super helpful as well. But the best with the record player with the old Frank Sinatra album to play as we got in. Highly recommend for families.

Spring Break

This was my family’s first trip to Puerto Rico, and this spot was PERFECT! It is exactly as pictured but better in person. The apartment is well-appointed with everything you need to see San Juan. No need for a car, you’re steps away from restaurants, shops, and all the historical sites. We walked everywhere easily. The host, Manish, was on top of it all and so helpful about the apartment and also places for us to visit. Would definitely book this apartment again or any Manish offers as a host. Don’t miss this perfect spot!
