Plenty of space in this super cute rental. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bonus/ office room was nice when we worked remote. The housing village has lots of amenities like pickleball and volleyball courts, walking paths, and a pond with pretty sunrises.Nearby are plenty of restaurant options and Walmart markets nearby for anything you forgot.The host is super responsive! We really appreciate these accommodations.

The property was close to shops, restaurants, and parks. The house was very clean and nice. The host responded quickly and checked in once we settled in to make sure we had all that we needed. I would stay again if in the area.

Perfect location close to everything . Host was wonderful and easy to work with. Location was very quiet and peaceful. I highly recommend staying here, the house has everything you would need for your stay. Excellent Wi-Fi service throughout the house. Close to the airport and only an hour away from Fayetteville for you football fans!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! The location is perfect—close to everything we wanted to do, yet tucked away in a quiet, safe neighborhood that feels peaceful and private.The house itself is absolutely beautiful, and every room was spotless. It was one of the cleanest vacation rentals we've stayed in. The home was thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed, including plenty of paper products, laundry detergent, and dryer sheets, which made our stay even more convenient. The beds were incredibly comfortable, too!The host was friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. We've added this home to our list of favorite places to stay in Northwest Arkansas and will definitely book it again. Highly recommend—5 stars!

Nice house, perfect for what we needed. Only problem was an issue with the door lock when we arrived which delayed getting in. A little stressful for hour or so. Host was apologetic. I think more cautious moving forward to ensure it wouldn’t happen again. Overall a very nice stay.

The home was clean and perfect for our stay. The location was right in the middle of everything we needed for a weekend wedding! The only downfall was the A/C was broken on a hot weekend. The host was responsive and fans were stopped off within hours to help cool us off. We were out of the home much of the day so the heat did not affect us as much! Would stay there again!

We are excited to be hosts because it gives us an opportunity to meet new people from across the country and help them find comfortable lodging on their travels.

The neighborhood is actually in the city of Bentonville, only minutes from all the attractions and the business districts that make Bentonville so popular.

The neighborhood has a modern feel to it with a large pond in the subdivision that attracts ducks and geese. When you drive into the subdivision you’ll notice its charm and unique style that caught our eye.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

The property is in a new subdivision with very modern looking homes. These homes have bright colors and sharp lines that make them all unique.

The neighborhood is family oriented with many walking the trails and monopoly named streets in the evening when it’s warm.

You’ll find it is quite and relaxing and great place to unwind. We love it here and hope you will too.
