Regarding the pullout sofas, please note that we have purchased a Mattress Gel Pad Topper for our upper pullout love seat plus, we have full replaced the queenside sofa bed in the TV room. Level 1-6 is top to bottom: (bottom is the ocean level) 7 Bedrooms / 10 baths Level 1 - Master suite - King bed with Jacuzzi bathroom - ocean view, Queen Bedroom with office - ensuite bathroom - Oceanview balcony (we have just recently put a full queen bed in this room, picture coming soon) Level 2 - Kitchen, Living room, dining room, Bar, Upper pool, Elevator, Full bath. Level 3 - 2 Queen bedrooms w/oceanfront balcony and ensuite bathrooms, 1 interior queen bedroom with ensuite bath Level 4 - 1 Queen bedroom w/oceanfront balcony and ensuite bath, 1 king bedroom w/oceanfront balcony and ensuite bath + attached interior kids’ room with 2 twin beds (attached to the king bedroom) Level 5 - Recreation room, Oceanfront Balcony, Full bath, sleeper sofa Level 6 - Main pool deck, Bar, Jacuzzi, Palapa, Full bathroom

As we explained, sometimes in Mexico water pressure/levels can be low due to our mountain view location and unfortunately not under our control. To prevent colored foam, we suggest to all of our guests not getting in Jacuzzi with heavy lotion on your body otherwise jacuzzi needs to be treated to clean this situation. We take our customer’s feedback very seriously and are extremely sorry for any inconvenience that may have been caused during your stay at Villa Tortugas. As you can see from our other reviews, we pride ourselves in providing great customer service to all our guests. By no means can we control a new development in this beautiful area as we were once new development as well. However, we want to be VERY clear to all our future guests that on each side of our Villa is another private Villa and on one side of our Villa we purchased extra land which is our garden and waterfall (also seen in our accurate pictures). The reason we chose this location in the first place when we built our home, was to be just outside of “Downtown” (no noise pollution, visual pollution, or lack of privacy). FOOD: Before all arrivals guests are provided with menus to choose their meals for the week and, in this specific case, we were told (and I quote) "So we don't have any special requirements for food and drink. The menus you have sent look amazing and will suit us perfectly". Our chef that week, Yolanda and her assistant worked very hard in preparing the menus requested by our guests. If a guest want’s something specific, all they need to do is ask for it. RECEIPTS: With all our guests, receipts are available every day and we keep them together to be viewed at any time by our guests. Unfortunately, most guests wait until the last minute to review them. Also, if you need assistance in translating any receipts, we can do that for you as well. INTERNET: Unfortunately, during the rainy season in Puerto Vallarta, lightning storms tends to affect internet from time to time. Although sometimes frustrating, these are the pluses and minuses of the internet and technology in Mexico.. Respectfully - Paulette and the Villa Tortugas Team
