Beautiful 3 bedroom 3.5 bath villa, walking distance to the beach and the JW Marriott in Hacienda Pinilla. This classic but newly remodeled villa is the perfect place to enjoy Guanacaste’s beauty, but on a high end location. Beach Club, Golf, etc.
The villa is located steps from Playa Bonita. It has one ample bedroom on the first floor & two large bedrooms plus a family room upstairs; every bedroom has an en suite bathrooms. It has a wrap around balcony, perfect to relax and enjoy the outdoors.
The property is located in prestigious resort of Hacienda Pinilla.

Our entire unit is private and exclusive for our guests. There are common parking spaces just outside the unit.

Guests can access the shared pool in the condominium areas as well as the GYM.

Beach club fee is $5 per person older than 10 years old
Guests will have the opportunity to enjoy the Hacienda Pinilla Golf course and Tennis courts. Please check at their offices for fees.

Spacious, clean, and well equipped property. The beds were very comfortable! The bathrooms were large with lots of spaces to put your things. The bedroom closets and dressers made unpacking a breeze.

The house was very clean and in a beautiful setting.Check in was easy to do. The house is spacious and quiet, all we heard was nature. The pool area is very nice and the gym equipment looks to be in very good condition. I did let Jeanine that the BBQ needs to be repaired , we could not use it during our stay.

great stay

Everything was great. Just as advertised. The only thing to note is that this villa is near the main road. However, it did not bother us. The monkeys in the trees in the morning and evening more than made up for that!

The townhouse was really clean. The linens were clean and adequate, and the kitchen was stocked well enough. There was no coffee filter, and my wife wished there had been more detailed items such as measuring cups. We had a problem with the downstairs AC, which could NOT be resolved, but the property management company was great and refunded us a portion of our fee. They made a great effort to rectify the problem, but it was not able to done while we were staying there. The hotel- which we have visited in the past- was not as happy to have us use their facilities. That was a bummer as it was what we were expecting to have at our recreation. Overall I would say this was a good property in a good neighborhood and I would consider coming back.
