Situata al largo delle dimensioni a nord del lago Macatawa, questa unità in The Staterooms è una casa vacanza settimanale di nuova costruzione, completamente arredata, situata al secondo piano di Yacht Basin Plaza, nel cuore di Yacht Basin Marina. L'unità è dotata di tutti i comfort di casa. La nostra piazza offre un centro congressi per yacht, un servizio di barca e attrezzature, un negozio per feste, un nuovo salone e centri benessere, vendite di yacht di Grand Banks e investimenti in Capital Harbor. Sempre sulla proprietà a bordo piscina è LoLo's Bar & Grill. LoLo's è un ristorante all'aperto sul lungomare con vista sul lungomare, ottimi cibi e bevande ghiacciate!

La nostra piscina riscaldata è aperta il fine settimana del Memorial Day fino alla prima settimana di settembre.

A causa di un numero limitato di offerte aperte nel 2017, DEVI effettuare una prenotazione per un noleggio di buste temporanee durante il tuo soggiorno. Gli ospiti della cabina ricevono uno sconto del 20% sul noleggio degli slip. Non ci sono costi di cancellazione. C'è un parcheggio gratuito per il rimorchio della tua barca e c'è una rampa di lancio pubblica proprio accanto.

Situato a pochi passi si trova Holland State Park con le sue ampie spiagge sabbiose, il Monte. Pisgah, Winstrom Park, noleggio kayak, canoa e stand up board, noleggio jet ski e barche, noleggio bici e miglia di piste ciclabili.

ROTONDO DI ANNO APERTO. Lo Staterooms non è solo una destinazione estiva. Visitaci in primavera per il famoso Tulip Time Festival in Olanda. L'autunno è un ottimo momento per godersi un tour a colori, fare escursioni o raccogliere le mele. In inverno è possibile praticare lo sci di fondo, andare in slitta o ammirare gli iceberg del Lago Michigan. L'Olanda del centro è un ottimo posto per fare acquisti anche in inverno, con marciapiedi riscaldati e un camino esterno per tenerti al caldo.

Love staying at this property for our annual (family) trip to Holland. Pool with playground right at the marina. Very easy to get to the beach at Lake Michigan. Convenience store and restaurants on site (Lolo's has awesome tacos!). Carts to load and unload your car. Would recommend staying here!

Family gathering on Lake Mac

The unit for great for our group; spacious, cool, clean, comfortable, and close to Holland State Park where other family members stayed. We could walk & bike in the area. There was a mini grocery, pool, and bar/restaurant nearby, which was nice. We will be returning.

Perfect Family Place To Stay

The property was as described in the listing. Very clean! The pool was just a few steps from the unit. Lolo's was too & it's a great place to grab food right on the property. The personnel were all friendly and attentive. Couldn't have asked for more!

Located in a great community

The facility was very nice and comfortable. Facing the main was a little on the loud side if you have little ones. Has a balcony which is nice if you want to sit outside only it was very dirty. Overall a good experience.

Great for grandma!

This place was clean and the air was fresh. It was a good place for someone with oxygen requirement. The Hosts were very accommodating regarding Oxygen Delivery. It was accessible with a Rollator walker. A large wheelchair does not fit in all rooms. A very enjoyable stay with two families and Grammy

Great Beach/Pickleball escape

Hi. 8 of us had a great 4th of July week. Brand new pickleball courts are less than a mile away. Beach was very busy due to the holiday, so the pool was heavensent. Down the Hatch party store directly beneath us also saved us for food, TP, garbage bags, olive oil, ice and of course, drinks. Property was spacious, comfy and clean. Would rent again, thanks. :)

A week in holland

The unit was very clean, with comfortable living areas. The bunk beds were a stretch for people in their 60's. The store under us was very busy and we were aware of every time a customer entered the store from early morning until late evening. My hearing may be going but the door alarm was not hard to miss. We felt the cost was a bit high for a parking lot view. The extra insurance and other fees pushed it in to the unrealistic range. We have dear friends in Holland so they plan to get us a nice home with a view for next year for much less. We enjoyed the beach and spent most of our time out and about. Really enjoyed Holland.

We are sorry that you had a negative experience here at The Staterooms. The store below does have a bell system so they stay aware of who enters the store. This bell can be adjusted and had we known there was an issue we would have been more than happy to resolve it. As far as pricing goes the complete layout and pricing of the room is provided before booking.

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful stay at Stateroom 2D. The location is perfect being only a few minutes from the beach, but also close to downtown Holland. The condo was nice and clean, which is always what matters the most to me. It is very well stocked with things you will need, more so than most places I have stayed. Chrissy was very responsive. I left all my beach towels and blanket in the dryer when we left, and she responded right away and sent them right back to me with zero complaints. I would say the only not so great things would be to be prepared to carry your luggage up because I believe there is only one luggage cart and it was always in use. With a family of five there for a softball tournament and to hit the beaches, that was a lot of luggage! Do not try to use all three showers at once, you will run out of hot water. Stagger the showers and you will be fine. These things did not ruin our stay, we had a very nice time.

NO HELP

The "10 second show you your room" was woefully inadequate! And when I asked for help, no one came. Burnt out lights and leaking roof in 3 rooms reports went unanswered and not fixed. I called the phone number on the info sheet were not returned.

Karen Thank you for taking the time to review your stay. I'm sorry to hear your were unhappy. When you reported the lights we asked If we could go change them and you said no because your husband was sleeping, and said you would let us know when we could enter your unit, you never let us know. As far as the roof goes, we did respond to that as well. Unfortunately we could not get a roofing company there during your stay.

Great Summer Vaca in Holland

The property has great amenities- laundry in unit, the pool, the Down the Hatch party store. Very spacious unit with a well stocked kitchen. Air conditioning worked well- loved the dual zone to keep it cool. Overall a great property but a few things that could have been better: 1- Check in was not as smooth as it could have been. We arrived later than expected and it took some time to find the keys; 2- It is not within walking distance to the beach. It’s about two miles which for all our beach gear was too far to walk. 3- The towels were awful- cheap, white, thin, rough motel towels! Upgrade the towels! 4- Lola’s bar was not open during the day on weekdays. It is a great place for drinks by the pool but food is limited and pricey. Family liked pizza and sandwiches at Down the Hatch much better. 5- Ask if you face the street or the marina. We faced the street right above the party store. It was noisy as the store has pretty constant traffic. 6- WiFi could have been better. I needed to log into work one morning and couldn’t connect. Some comments about the area: 1- Ottawa Beach Inn was great for dinner. 2- Beachwood Grill pretty good but they need more help. 3- Get the Dole Whip and donuts at Bowerman Blueberries- AMAZING! 4- The Holland State Park Beach was wonderful! During the week we got there by 11 and no one was charging for parking. Plenty of parking very close to the water with a walkway on the sand. Great for wheelchair access! We enjoyed the food at the Beach cafe and it was reasonably priced. 5- Highly suggest the Saugatuck Dune Ride. Loads of fun and interesting history of the area. 6- Craigs Cruisers very fun place for go carts, mini golf. Staff was very friendly! 7- Everything you need is in town about 15 minutes from the condo. Grocery stores, gas stations, Dollar stores, etc. 8- Wasn’t very impressed with downtown Holland or Saugatuck. Some overpriced boutiques. Surprised how hard it was to find a decent t shirt. Restaurant waits very long and most don’t take reservations in both downtowns. I assume this was due to COVID and worker shortages. 9- Dune Dogs was overpriced and the dogs were not good! We are used to Portillos and these were not even close! 10- Great bike / running / walking path right along Ottawa Beach Road from the unit to the beach.

Great family location

Despite a week of rain, we all relaxed, ate and talked. The unit was large enough that we could have room to ourselves and room to be together. Great biking trails and fun to watch the baby ducks in the marina!
