Tahoma getaway

The property was clean and has modern updates. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet.

Incredible location for a busy holiday week

Great property, thoughtfully -appointed, fantastic location. Two teens, two college students, and two parents had everything we coild want. Plenty of space, great kitchen, great deck and yard. The photos are a tiny bit misleading, as the house and yard look a bit more spacious and private than they are in reality, but it was quiet and lovely. We didn’t know a ton about the various parts of Tahoe, but west shore ended up being perfect. Great access to the lake via nearby parks and a public beach, close to great (but insanely popular) hikes- and we found some much quieter ones on our own. Tahoma is a teeny little town away from most of the Tahoe holiday week chaos. It’s 20-30 VERY trafficky minutes to any substantive shopping, but we planned reasonably well and made good use of the great little shop in town for those inevitable forgotten items. The only thing I would have wanted would have been bikes- there’s a fantastic paved path along the lake that we didn’t get to explore much.

Amazing cabin with modern amenities

Absolutely loved our stay at the cabin. It is spacious and feels brand new, so well maintained. Particularly impressed with all the new appliances and kitchen (we are thinking of remodeling ours now to that effect!) Would love to come back here again soon.

Awesome place to stay!

This was our first VRBO stay and it couldn’t have been better! Ideal location, cozy rooms, everything we needed to cook at home and stay safe during this time. The only glitch was not being warned about the electric fence over the doors. Called management and they were super helpful! Would absolutely come again!
