Super cute spot, about 15 minutes from Harrah’s. Nicely stocked. Perfect for our family extended weekend getaway.

Cabin is beautiful and clean. We enjoyed our stay. Just wish there had been more comfortable seating in the front room. Loved watching the snow fall.

Great place to unwind. Skiiied two days and really enjoyed making our meals and just relaxing in the hot tub. Would love an updated couch but this place was cozy and well kept

Clean nice home

We enjoyed our stay at this property. This was a cute home and one of the cleaner vrbo homes I’ve stayed at. The home had nice linens and offered several fans for the heat, which we appreciated. The neighborhood was quiet and close enough to town for needed items. I would stay here again, however it would be nice for the owner to finish the fencing for more privacy in the backyard, as well as, add window covering options for the bottom level as the sun beats in all day but the fire smoke prevented us from being able to open windows to cool the home down. Bring your own multi purpose spray if you cook a lot and want to clean the counters between meals, as no cleaner is provided, which surprised me for the cost/day.

Positive comments:•The place was quiet.•The home had a lot of space.•Shower water pressure was excellent, with both hot and cold working very well.• Hot tub was greatAreas for Improvement:• The TV is outdated, with no Bluetooth or Wifi •Kitchen utensils need a serious upgrade; some were dirty, rusty, and not usable. •Only one large pot was available, which made cooking inconvenient.•The couch was the most uncomfortable we’ve ever had in a rental. •Cushions and furniture had noticeable pet hair.•The location felt too close to neighboring homes, We can see neighbors, good thing it is a quiet place.•The kitchen faucet was loose and falling apart.• Blankets need laundry, felt grainy already.Value for money: 6/10Overall, while the space itself was quiet and roomy, the maintenance, cleanliness, and comfort level need significant attention before we would consider staying again.I did message the property during our first night, but we did not hear anything. I got a message on vrbo page though.

Wonderful quick getaway

This place had it all. Plenty of space, well equipped, nice finishings, well taken care of, great hot tub. We took advantage of easy access to both Heavenly and Kirkwood for some late season skiing. Would love to stay here again.

So cute!

Loved this cute cozy little cottage. It had everything we needed for our trip and everything was decorated very nicely. Very clean and easily accessed at check in with the keypad door lock.

Father-Son Ski Trip

This house is absolutely as advertised. Simple, clean, convenient. The company who runs the property was highly communicative without being invasive or overbearing. Highly recommend, would certainly consider booking again in the future. Thanks!

Comfy cozy

The house is comfortable and welcoming. Christmas Valley is a great neighborhood and this house is right in the middle, with a beautiful huge boulder to give character. Attractive outdoor lighting glows in the snow from the hot tub. Kitchen is well equipped and the beds were cozy. We found keeping the bedroom doors open at night help circulate the warm air. The icy path was a little difficult to traverse but we made it work. Would definitely return!
