Host is very responsive and reached out upon arrival. The home looks like the pictures and it gave our family space to spread out. It was clean and the bathrooms are in great shape. My kids loved the green ceiling room to relax in. It was close enough to downtown that it was convenient to get to lots of places. The home is in an older neighborhood with some rundown houses but it was quiet and we didn’t have any problems.

House is in a cul-de-sac. Neighborhood is quite. House is clean but does have an old smell to it. Furniture is old. Places to eat and gas stations are nearby. Well lit grounds.

Just what we needed

Nicely decorated and well appointed. Everything we needed was supplied and it was close to all we wanted to see. Home was easy to locate and the porch light helped us find our way. Beds were very comfortable and the showers were nice. Cute touches throughout this cozy home.

I rented this house for my family's stay in Raleigh for my daughter's college graduation. Everything went smoothly. Check in was great and the Host was responsive. We prepared lots of food in the kitchen to take to a graduation party for my daughter. The kitchen was big enough to have 3 preparing trays at the same time. My only sugggestion would be the need for a cutting board. I will rent again if I ever find myself in Raleigh.

Great renovation

This house is a spacious 4 bedroom nicely renovated home. It was very clean, ample towels and sheets/bedding. It has been recently renovated and they did such a great job. All the decor was very tasteful and classy. We loved the mudroom/sunroom with the comfy chairs. Great place to read, study or hang out. They were working on the fiber in the neighborhood so there were more trucks and workers. Otherwise, quiet cul de sac. Definitely would stay here again.

Super cute little house with enough space for a little group of us to stay together. Good location too. We loved the little room with the green ceiling to wind down at night! The host responded immediately when we had a question. I would stay there again.
