The pool and hot tub were clean and well-maintained. The beds and pillows were clean and comfortable. However, the remote was dropped accidentally into the couch, where it was not clean, unlike the rest of the house. The drive to the beach was nice and there were plenty of good places to eat. The property is located in a nice neighborhood.

We traveled from Northern Michigan and arrived earlier than expected and we were able to check in early which was so helpful! The house was in nice clean condition and located in a great area.

Place was great very comfy very good and easy to work with staff price seemed high to me but i am a penny pincher unlike any otjer so theres that lol . Not if but when i go back to florida i will be calling salty dog directly because they are easy to work with and also you save a few bucks

This house was just as perfect as the pictures!!!,We came down for the race and relaxed, Extremely clean, smooth check-in and close to the beach and Daytona Speedway. Also a wonderful and quiet neighborhood , I would 100% return!

Beautiful house and location

Perfect house for your vacation. Im not sure why the terrible review was left. The pool was 100% heated and the hot tub worked the whole time. I couldnt figure out the one jet but no biggie it was still very nice. House came with all things you would need on vacation. The licatuon and being 10 minutes from the beach was AWESOME! Would definitely recommend.and folar as bugs go its florida there are bugs but we didnt see many.

Excellent vacation home!

My family, dogs and I had the best weekend getaway at this rental. The house is great! Feels very cozy. The decor was very very cute, perfect beach house theme all around. Everything was extremely clean, smelled great! The kitchen was fully stocked. The pool and spa tub were amazing. The heater for the pool made it all that much more enjoyable since it is quite not summer time yet. The fenced yard was a plus for the dogs to roam and enjoy freely while the humans enjoyed the weather in the pool, hammock, dinning table and outdoor screened patio. So very comfortable and accommodating. We all loved it! The neighborhood was very charming and quiet. We had a blast! Communication with the host was perfect and attentive. We are definitely coming back to this rental when we visit Daytona/Orange Port area again. Cannot recommend this rental enough!!

Liars and scammers

The pool was supposed to be heated- it was COLD - non usable. The OWNER stated it was indeed a heated pool when salty dog said it wasn’t -they lied. They then told me it was 100 a day to heat the pool?? We used the hot tub- 3 people total- it worked for 2 hours then lost all power. Salty dog tried to blame me for this- after sending a technician with his girlfriend, no tools, and zero knowledge to look at it for 30 seconds and tell me it would be 3 days before they could do anything. I then got the blame for SUPPOSEDLY SPLASHING THE MOTOR? This is insane- they never gave me any credit at all for my stay and tried to blame me. I will never ever use salty dog vacations again and will be sharing this experience across all of my social media platforms which reaches over 100,000 people. Be careful who you mess around and try to rip off these days. This is sad extremely sad. All I wanted was a good stay for my family to enjoy a pool and hot tub on our vacation. SALTY DOG VACATIONS ARE SCAMMERS!!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The pool and hot tub was especially nice since Daytona Beach was high tide most of the time early in the day, so it gave us a great place to relax. The extra amenities also made everything feel easy and convenient. Overall, we had a great experience and would stay again.
