'Godetevi la vista spettacolare sull'oceano dalla convenienza di una, Veranda-in chiuso, tenendo d'occhio i bambini.'

Questo completamente ristrutturato, casa su due livelli è stato progettato per due famiglie con bambini, ma ancora accessibili per la sola famiglia che desidera alloggi con vista sull'oceano senza dover coordinare i loro programmi di vacanza con altre parti.

Il cottage dispone di una cucina moderna scandinavo, spaziosa sala da pranzo e soggiorno con soffitti cattedrale, illuminazione ad incasso intelligente, e un ambiente chiuso, proiettato in veranda che si affaccia sul mare. La cucina è attrezzata con elettrodomestici integrati, armadi in legno naturale, spazzolato maniglie in acciaio inox e manopole e un contatore di pietra top sintetico.

La struttura dispone di cinque camere da letto, di cui tre camere da letto e un bagno completo al piano superiore e due camere da letto e un bagno completo al piano inferiore. Il bagno piano inferiore ha una superficie doccia di grandi dimensioni, ideale per i più piccoli. Il bagno al piano inferiore è dotato di piastrelle di mosaico di vetro.

Il bagno al piano superiore ha una vasca di grandi dimensioni, un frameless separata, cabina doccia, wc e lavabo vanità. Il bagno superiore è anche dotato di mattonelle di mosaico di vetro.

Il pavimento della zona cucina e sala da pranzo è dotato di un gres porcellanato. La zona soggiorno è dotata di pavimenti in legno Rovere naturale. L'intero piano superiore è anche dotato di pavimenti in legno Rovere naturale. Il piano inferiore, compresa la quarta camera da letto, la quinta camera da letto e la stanza di ricreazione, è completamente tappezzata. Il pavimento della zona lavanderia è dotata di gres porcellanato.

La struttura dispone di un multi-zona, più termostato, sistema di aria condizionata per il massimo comfort di precisione. Altri servizi offerti: lavatrice, asciugatrice, hdtv, dvd, FM / AM stereo, lavastoviglie, smaltimento, forno a microonde, e un ventilatore a soffitto.

Il, Veranda-in chiuso ha un tavolo da 7 'da pic-nic per ospitare grandi gruppi, quattro sedie Adirondack, due sedie a sdraio chaise e una serie di sedie di plastica.

Il cottage ha cavo di servizio HDTV al soggiorno e al piano inferiore, quinta camera da letto. Il soggiorno ha uno schermo piatto, televisione ad alta definizione, e un lettore DVD integrato, impianto stereo. Il cottage ha anche cablaggio di rete a tutti e cinque camere da letto e la connessione internet Wi-Fi.

L'area ricreativa al piano inferiore ha un tavolo da ping pong.

We’ve stayed here 3x and each time have loved our stay. With small children it’s the best access to the beach being right on the path.

This cottage is the perfect place for our introverted, beach-loving family to spend beautiful, quality time together. It is remarkably private, with sizable pine trees shielding the screened porch - with stunning views - from neighbors, and it's literally out the door, onto the (dune crossing, walk to the) beach. The kitchen is well-appointed, and the appliances are great; the washer and dryer handled mountains of laundry from busy kids and grandkids during our stay without a hiccup. Having a grill was terrific, too, and the screened-in porch made late-night meals a bug-free dream.Also a bonus: you can walk to a strip with several handy shops in under 10 minutes, which means no driving - just beaching it the whole time you stay. Highly recommend this tucked-away gem on one of the most friendly, family-forward beaches in Delaware. Truly, a special place...

Great Stay

The house was excellent, nice and clean. Plenty of beds and rooms for our family. The location is perfect, right on the beach. You can’t beat sitting in that back porch listening to the waves rolling in. Greg was great to work with, very responsive. We’ll be back!

Modest accommodation but great location

Our group of nine really enjoyed this house. The location is perfect and the screened in porch is one of the best beach house features I’ve encountered. The house wasn’t as clean as I’d like, but it’s pretty typical for the quick turnaround that occurs at most beach rentals.

Location, location, location. The host was very accessible by phone to assist with small issues we had with the house upon arrival. The household applicances were adequate, but we had difficulty with the coffee maker and luckily brought a French Press. All in all, everything functioned well, and the location and view you cannot beat.

beautiful week with family

this was perfect for our young family… on the beach so easy back and forth with the babes and toddler. we love the screened in porch and there was plenty of living room. Really appreciated the updated kitchen appliances. looking forward to Summer 2025!!

Excellent location! Excellent accomodation!

We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the house and the porch! Beds, couch and loveseat were comfortable and clean.Kitchen was supplied with good quality items but found it low in number for knives, forks and spoons.I didn’t remember to bring towels & linens… Renato agreement was long ago and I coudn’t find that specification on the VRBO application, which is the easiest way to get to your rental information.Overall, I would recommend this house again!

Perfect for a quiet beach getaway

Bethany Beach is quieter than many other beach destinations but still a short drive from action Location of property is right next to sand dunes You can see/hear the ocean from the screened deck Comfortable beds Lots of space to spread out and visit This is a smaller older property than many but has numerous renovations and is well maintained There’s some minor issues—driveway is narrow (but we fit a minivan and SUV), a bush juts into the driveway brushing your car Some parts of the house appear to have repairs in process but these are mostly cosmetic (eg on the ceiling what appears to be a new light fixture or something coming) Showers are great (rain type shower head, hot water, good pressure), very nicely equipped kitchen Manager is very responsive and helpful Beach is amazing Numerous restaurants, ice cream, shops within 10 min drive (some within 10 min walk)

This property was a lucky find for us. It was wonderful and our host was gracious and a good communicator. The house worked out well for our small crew and all had good nights of sleep in their rooms. The screened in porch was popular and was enjoyed many times by folks just watching sunrises or the beach in general. Beach access couldn't be easier or closer. With Middlesex being a private community, it was a special pleasure going to the beach as it was way less crowded than other beaches. We visited Rehoboth Beach on the way home and it was a packed zoo compared to the peacefulness of Middlesex beach. The kitchen was well stocked with all that we needed which was handy - we did cook (and grill) several times. A quiet, charming, wonderful beach house. We would come back to this house specifically in the future.

We call this the “frat-house” due to the urinal in the main bath and the ping pong table in the basement. The location and screened-in porch are spectacular. The bathrooms seriously need updating however and I do think that beach chairs shouldbe provided. It is family-friendly however and has served us well with toddlers.

Middlesex Beachfront home

Beautiful setting and very well cared for home. Instant hot water with great shower pressure, air co do too I guess works beautifully. Nice big screen porch. Furnishings and some mattresses need to be updated.

Charming Beachfront Cottage

I liked the nostalgic feel of this home. As a longtime former owner of property near the inlet, it reminded me of summers in the area as a child before all the development took over. The screened porch is by far the best feature! My only negative comment would be that I believe the listing says the home has 3 bathrooms, but there are only 2 separate rooms that are bathrooms. One of them has a toilet and a urinal, however, as well as a shower stall separate from the bathtub, so maybe that's where the third bathroom gets counted. To be fair, we could have asked about this beforehand, and I'm sure Greg would have clarified, as he is very diligent about replying to questions. Overall, the property is a GREAT value and the location can't be beat.

The Best little house on the beach!!

Very comfortable cottage that sits in a private community (and beach)!! Very quite and friendly neighborhood! The Home sits on the sand with a ocean view! What more could you ask for!! This is our second year staying at the home, and were all ready looking forward to next year! Very recommended!!! Stay salty 🤙

ocean view for 11

The location is outstanding on a private beach with ocean view. Very workable for 11 people to sleep. Two bathrooms and outdoor shower are useful. I wish the master bedroom had ensuite bathroom., but the owner does describe this as a cottage, so fair enough. The living room furniture is old and doesn't look right considering the interior design. The outdoor grill is really too small for 11 but we managed. The a/c is superb! The art work is interesting and unique to the house. The garden is totally unkempt and the outdoor appearance of the house is shabby, the path is always wet from the roof. I was sol relived to enter the house and find that it is well kept with new floors and an easy to clean kitchen. The living space works really well. We enjoyed the table tennis room, the deck. The selling points for us are the low porch - you feel like you are right in the dunes --and you walk out the back door in your bare feet onto the beach path, and jump on the sand and into the ocean in under a minute. We had a great time. Thank you to the owner who is the best email communicator ever.

Perfect beach spot

Really happy I found this place! It's a perfectly located, cute house right on the beach! My family got bad weather this weekend so could not take advantage of the beach as much as we would have I liked to but just staying in a house that is pretty much on a beach was a awesome! The inside of the house is nice and spacious & it accommodated our party of 11 perfectly. Greg seems really nice & very good about making sure we ok & with check in & check out.
