Exceptionally comfortable and clean. Nicely appointed. Great beds, bedding, pillows and towels. Everything felt brand new. Lovely backyard would be great for warm weather. Neighborhood felt very safe. Delightful that our small dog was welcome.

We booked this property in order to bring my 2 dogs. Unfortunately, my dogs proceeded to find 7 liquid ant traps. Ingestion of 3 can be fatal so I was very dismayed. We've run into this in other properties and property owners should at a minimum should only use pet safe ant traps and ideally, remove all of them before the renters arrive. The property manager apologized after I found the first one and said they had put 1-2 down and only on the first floor. Well we found 7 between the 2 floors and some had even leaked onto the floor.

As mentioned during our conversation, we had recently been dealing with an unexpected ant issue and had placed traps in the home prior to your arrival. I completely understand your concern, especially traveling with your dogs, and We're very sorry that several traps were missed during preparation of the property. As soon as you notified us, we addressed the issue immediately and have since reviewed our procedures to ensure this does not happen again. We truly appreciate you bringing it to our attention and are glad you reached out during your stay so we could respond quickly.

The home was lovely, well appointed, and clean! It was beautifully decorated to capture the essence of Detroit! The yard was wonderful and the neighborhood was safe and quiet. The kitchen is fully stocked, as were both bathrooms. The hosts were thoughtfully communicative with check-in and check-out, in addition to ensuring our stay was going well. We were extremely pleased with our visit and when we return to Michigan will absolutely stay there again.
