This is such a beautiful home in a beautiful location. Many Many amenities. Lots to do here and plenty of room. They thought of everything. I would highly recommend.

Our stay was incredibly special, and we truly couldn’t have asked for a better host. Amy was so kind, accommodating, communicative, and helpful from beginning to end. The property was absolutely beautiful and even better than we imagined. We made memories here that we’ll cherish forever, and we’re so grateful for how wonderful she was to us throughout our stay.

This property was absolutely beautiful! We had an amazing time! The house was just amazing…. We stayed with our adult children and spouses and there was room for everyone! The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking for a crowd! The outside was just divine! We spent a lot of time on the dock, the views were to die for! The kayaks and paddleboards were well used! The firepit was incredible at night with room for everyone!! The hosts were so very responsive and helpful! We loved our stay!

We had an amazing stay at this house. The property was exactly what we were hoping for — spacious, clean, comfortable, and perfect for a group getaway. The house had everything we needed, and we especially enjoyed the outdoor space and being able to relax together.The location was great, and the host made the entire process easy with clear communication and helpful instructions. We made some great memories here and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing trip with family or friends!

Amy’s home was the perfect setting to celebrate my dad’s 80th birthday with our extended family. Our group ranged in age from 6 to 80, and the house comfortably accommodated everyone while still offering plenty of space to spread out and never feel crowded.The home was exceptionally clean, thoughtfully appointed, and had everything we needed. We cooked dinner every night, and the kitchen was incredibly well stocked. Amy’s detailed house handbook was also terrific and made everything easy from the start. Communication throughout our stay was seamless.Most importantly, everyone in our family absolutely raved about the house and our time there. We loved it so much that we’ve already rebooked for 2027!

Awesome stay. Amy and John are great hosts and we would definitely come back. The property is beautiful and spacious for a big group. We had a thunderstorm on the final day and watching the storm roll in across the lake was fun to see. The private beaches were great to have access to. 10/10

Beautiful property. I’m only upset that I had to leave! The shoreline wrapped around a point and was perfectly manicured for privacy and exposure to the lake and distant mountain range. The accommodations were fantastic, everything we neede and everything we didn’t know we needed. The two beaches, private dock and low traffic on the lake made for an unforgettable experience. Worth every penny! We’ll be back next year!

We had an amazing family vacation at this home! Amy was helpful throughout the whole process and the house had everything we needed! The house comfortably fit all 16 of us and a few furry friends as well! We enjoyed our time down at the dock, kayaking/paddle boarding, swimming, playing yard games, and hanging by the fire. We also really enjoyed the use of the game room! Renting a pontoon boat for a day was also easy as we could dock at the house. We all had an incredible time and would definitely come back for another family trip! Thank you Amy and family!!

10 Year College Reunion

Phenomenal property with everything and more. Amy was a gracious host, easy to communicate with, and had a robust binder full of information and recommendation that makes weekend planning a breeze. The home was spacious and clean with all the amenities one could ask for. The outdoor space is truly a stunning 180 degree view of beautiful Sebago. We enjoyed hanging out on the dock and playing lawn games and renting pontoons to check out Frye island and the sandbar. Truly a unique home and experience and would recommend this home to anyone looking to experience some of the best of what Maine has to offer

We could not have asked for a more beautiful setting for our family vacation! The house and the property were amazing and had everything a large family would ever need. We had 15 people, ages 8-80, and everyone had a great time. The loft was perfect for the kids and all of the adults had a room of their own. There was ample room for cooking, dining, watching TV, playing ping-pong or pool, or just napping on the porch.The host was super helpful and responsive and took care of all our needs. The recommendations were well received and we frequented the spots she recommended and found a few of our own.The house and the surrounding area were amazing but the lake was the real star! It was so much fun just hanging out on the deck, jumping in and out of the lake, swimming to the dock and relaxing. So much fun!
