Very clean and well organized condo! The pool was great, and heated. Chad is very friendly, we had a quick check-in and check-out, and he was happy to assist with any questions. A TV in every room, with a Roku that has subscriptions to different apps was an incredible touch. A cute homey vibe all around- even a deck to the water that had seating. Perfect stay for the perfect price. Will definitely rebook!

We had a great time when we stayed at this condo. The condo was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed during our stay. The location was perfect, just a short drive to the beach and close to restaurants, driving ranges and golf.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The kitchen was fully equipped and made it easy to prepare meals during our stay. We also enjoyed spending time by the pool, which was a great place to relax and conveniently located as descriobed - liertally right out the door which our 11 year ild loved!The host was welcoming, responsive, and helpful and our property provided everything we needed for an enjoyable and relaxing vacation. We would gladly stay here again and recommend it to other travelers. In fact, I am looking into next year again! Thank you!

My fiancé and I spent a week at Chad’s condo in Cape Coral, and we had a wonderful stay!The condo was very clean, including the bedroom and bathroom, and the kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed. My fiancé is a very picky eater, but I was able to comfortably prepare meals for him every day without having to purchase any additional kitchen essentials. That was a big plus!The area was very quiet and peaceful overall. The only exception was Saturday night, when party boats traveled up and down the canal, but the noise did not continue past midnight.The only issue we experienced was that the air conditioner was quite noisy when it turned on. Hopefully, Chad can address that for future guests.Other than that, our stay was great! My fiancé and I felt right at home, and we truly appreciated the comfort and convenience of the condo. The condo was exactly as advertised. The condo is beautifully decorated, and feels like home. There isn’t anything additional that we needed or wanted while we were there. The pool is three steps from the door as advertised. The tiki hut area near the water is so nice. It’s great to sit by the water and relax. The area is lit up at night, and it is beautiful to see. We were lucky enough to see dolphins swimming right in front of us while we were sitting at the tiki hut. There are a lot of restaurants in Cape Coral and North Fort Myers. The binder left recommending restaurants was very helpful. We went to several, and the were all excellent. There is a Publix not very far from the condo, along with a Target a few other stores. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay

From the day of check-in to the day of checkout, everything was amazing comfortable cozy very well maintained everything was remodeled appliances all updated wonderful view. Nice pool nothing to complain about everything was amazing. Stayed for little over a month and a half. We like this so much we're gonna go back for another two months.

This place has a peaceful atmosphere. Look out the window and see the light reflecting off the water in the canal. The pool is 3 steps away from the screened in porch. You will have everything you need to cook a meal. It has 2 bedrooms. Plenty of storage space for your clothing or cooking plans. We loved our stay and will be back next year. Chad answers any questions you may have immediately.
