The home was great and fit our large group very easily. The host was very communicative and easy to talk to. If I am ever in sunriver with a large group I will definitely try to stay here. Overall great experience and would reccomend.

The house was great!! Very spacious, with plenty of room for three couples, 4 adult children and a dog. The kitchen had everything we needed to make multiple meals. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing stay. The property was beautiful, clean, more room than needed. We have come yearly since 1999. This has been the nicest place so far. We are happy to have ventured out to Caldera Springs area. Very easy to get to the Village. We will definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay at the Lodge on the Pond. The house was beautiful and fully equipped. We loved that each bedroom had it's own bathroom, all but one being en suite. The additional space upstairs was great for our kids. Would love to come back!

Great location, this house has everything you could possibly need. It was well equipped, and we really enjoyed our stay in Caldera Springs.It would be great to anchor the upstairs bookshelf, just as a precautionary safety measure.

Very nice location and property. Fireplaces were great. All rooms had bathrooms. Well stocked kitchen and property in general. Enjoyed the hot tub and the bikes. Gated community was nice for walking.

Great Space

Huge home, all bedrooms have on suites, there's hot tub, pingpong, pool table, games, views. Very prompt communication. We loved it.

This is a beautiful, comfortable, and very spacious home in an outstanding resort community. Our three-generation gathering was great fun, largely because of the spectacular accommodations but also because of the Caldera Springs amenities (pool, pickleball, tennis, trails) and proximity to Sunriver and Bend offerings. The host was very responsive and gracious. Table tennis, hot tub, and pool table in the house were nice to have, but the fleet of bikes was probably the most helpful and extensively used bonus for our family.

This house is absolutely beautiful, the pictures don't do it justice! Check in and out is super easy and there was so much room for everyone. Every room has their own bathroom, which is a huge plus, and the upstairs is like a haven for the kids! The hot tub was clean and so nice in the evenings. I would definitely come back again!

Absolutely a wonderful home to share with 10 guests! Clean & meticulouspresentation. No shortage of anything needed for cooking. The kitchen had the most extensive coffee making set up . Nice touch to add the generous complimentary teas & coffee selections. For 8 adults, all couples had their own bathrooms with every room and the kids had their own & space as well. Everyone happy !The dishwasher worked for 2 days & then it didn’t. It was not a problem we created. AI couldn’t help us on that Could have used more dish towels and master suite had Queen pillowcases on king sized pillows.Did not count the passes for guests but one person was not able to go to pool, as no extra pass.That said, minor things that would never dissuade us from returning.

We have 8 pool passes that cover 2 people each; up to 16 guests (our max occupancy) can use the pool. We're not sure what dishwasher issue was - it's a 1 year old Bosch, and it's working now. We'll remind our team on the pillow cases.
