We had an amazing stay here in Montauk — Ann’s condo was beautiful. The place was clean, spacious and equipped with everything we needed for the week. Absolutely nothing beats the view.

10/10! A beautiful space, very conveniently located minutes away from the town and also with a lovely beach just minutes away on foot across the highway. Ann & John were wonderful hosts - warm, communicative and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. We had an amazing time and would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect location in Montauk. Easy to drive and walk to everything you need. Wonderful cross breeze in the condo and beautiful view of sunrise from the bedroom. I will definitely return!

Had an amazing time in Montauk. Great location, walking distance to town and right across the street from the beach. Beautiful morning sunrise from the deck. Fully stocked kitchen with anything you could possibly need. Will definitely be back!!! Thank you Ann for sharing your beautiful Condo

I can't say enough about both the condo and the host. The condo was clean and updated and had great amenities. The pool at the complex was great (clean and the temperature was perfect). The view from the balcony was fantastic. It was situated perfectly across the street from the beach and a 20-ish minute walk into town/restaurants, etc.As for the host, first of all, she was very responsive whenever we had questions. She also thought of everything, right down to the Keurig machine and pods.We really enjoyed staying at this place and will probably re-book as long as our schedules permit.I'm probably leaving out some things, but I really cannot think of one negative about this place or the host!!!

We had the most amazing time at this lovely apartment in Montauk! The location is great—right across from the beach and a short walk into town. Having a balcony overlooking the ocean was awesome, and the apartment is very bright and comfortable! Amazing kitchen with everything you need to cook. The host is very friendly and check-in is easy. We would love to stay here again!

My husband and I spent three wonderful days at this amazing Montauk property. The view of the ocean from the balcony is spectacular. The location of the property is so convenient. The unit itself is exactly what it claims to be. A lovely one bedroom with a kitchen that is fully equipped with every imaginable feature you could ask for. The bedroom and living room have ceiling fans and we never once put on the air-conditioning.The furniture is comfortable, and there is plenty of storage for clothing in the bedroom. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who wants to stay right on the ocean in Montauk. We were so happy to find this!

Superb!

We had an amazing weekend at the Connelly's. It's rare to find such a perfectly appointed, impeccably clean, beautifully decorated home with a direct ocean view in a perfect location across from the beach. The complex is very clean and quiet with a lovely pool and common area. Walk to downtown if you choose, explore the area - so much to enjoy! Fantastic owners were immediately responsive to any questions or needs. Check in was a breeze. We will be back for sure!

We highly recommend Ann's place! It was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. The condo has a 10/10 view and was very quite. The check in and check out process is very seamless. We're so lucky we got the chance to stay and can't wait to come back!
