We loved our stay here. The location and views are wonderful. The house is very well maintained and has everything you need for a cabin weekend. We are looking forward to coming back again!

The Black Bear Riviera was literally home away from home! This beautiful place had such a cozy atmosphere. The surrounding wilderness is breathtaking and hard to fully describe. The view of the lake is gorgeous and the cabin is only a 5 minute drive from a perfect fishing/swimming hole, and only 6 minutes to the river! I would highly recommend for a romantic getaway or just a relaxing getaway with the family! Thank you so much Black Bear Riviera for a unforgettable experience!

Amazing property with fantastic views. Very clean and well maintained, close to both the river and lake but felt like you were in your own world. Host was extremely communicative and friendly as well. Temps were in the low 100s outside but never felt it inside so this is an amazing stay for any season! Enjoy the chorus of woodpeckers, the sounds of the running creek, or the deer strolling through the property. Excellent stay all around!

Beautiful property in lovely quiet area. Property was spacious and the outside space was great with a fantastic hot tub and fire pit. We especially loved the screened in porch of a morning, watching the woodpeckers in the pine trees and chipmunks darting around. Robyn was always quick to respond to any queries and check in was a breeze. Our only slight negative was the downstairs bedrooms were incredibly warm during the day, but it was 40c during our stay.

While the AC upstairs keeps the loft cool, the swamp cooler downstairs maxes out during extreme heat waves in the late afternoon. Something I plan to upgrade prior to next summer season. All in all I'm glad to hear you enjoyed your stay!

Perfect Simple Getaway

We loved staying here for the perfect summer getaway with our kids. We played in the creek and enjoyed the screened in patio - morning views, sunsets, and listening to the frogs at night. The accommodations were comfortable and had everything we needed. Thank you!

Robyn’s cabin is one of the most charming and beautiful places we’ve ever stayed in. The property itself is stunning with beautiful desert and mountain views as well as a creek running just down from the patio. There is a wraparound screened in porch that is lovely to have meals in, and a hot tub and fire pit that we took advantage of, too. We loved our stay here and found Robyn’s cabin to be very well appointed and thought out. It was very clean and we really enjoyed the art and vintage touches throughout the place. We will be back, thank you, Robyn!
