The house was large enough for our large family and accommodated us well! The neighboorhood is quiet and we did not have any issues. The host communicated quickly and effectively and I had no questions prior to check in as he made sure we were well informed on all details of the property. I would say if your looking for a place to stay during your busy vacation this is it!

The place was clean and looked recently updated. The host communicated quickly when necessary. The place is pet-friendly, however we did not allow our dogs off the leash due to so many gaps for easy escape even though it would have been great for them to run off energy in the large back yard available. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook our meals for our family dinners while in town. Plenty of sleep space was available even though we didn’t need it all this time, good to know for next time. Enjoyed our stay! Highly recommend this Vrbo!!!

Didn’t realize this property is actually two separate units when we booked, but it worked out for us! Everything was as it should be, only concern is the back yard which is huge and great for pets, but there are lots of losing fences boards, so if you have smaller dogs just be aware. Aside from that everything has been nicely updated in the home itself on both levels.

The place was quiet despite it seeming to be in a sketchier area than we expected. The "host" chat felt like I was just talking to an AI bot which was off putting because I rather just speak to people like people. It was overly corporate sounding and didn't feel like I was actually being spoken to Other than that. It was cool

House was in a sketchy area of town. We had 9 people and had 1 small roll of toilet paper for 3 days. There was no kitchen towel, dishrag or paper towels to wipe counters or wash pots and pans. Pots and pans were scratched so deeply it didn’t feel safe to use them. Smoke alarm battery was low and it went beeped every couple of minutes. Host was sorry about all the inconveniences but would do nothing to fix them

A Respite during a long Drive

Loved this place, the beds were incredibly comfortable. We were there for a stop over with pets and everything went super smoothly. Deeply grateful for the care.

A weekend stay with bridesmaids

We enjoyed our stay and are thankful we could spend a couple nights here leading up to my wedding day! The host was very responsive and we had comfortable beds and it was helpful having a couple bathrooms too! The one thing that was tricky about the check in process was that the address number was listed 2281 instead of 2881 but we reached out and let the host know and they responded right away.

A couple of reasons we booked this place is it is right in the middle of where our son lives and downtown Denver. Another reason was it had a pack n play and highchair. Location was Great! but the pack n play was broken and there was no highchair. Our host was able to deliver a pack n play that evening....ThankYou! and a highchair the next morning...ThankYou again! It was great having two living spaces for our families to have some privacy while traveling together. Plenty of dishes, cookware, glasses etc... for all of us. Hot water with good pressure for the shower. Nice updated bathrooms and kitchens.
