Questo appartamento del XVIII secolo, estremamente raffinato ed elegantemente arredato, è dotato di soffitti alti 11 piedi, 10 finestre, pavimenti e modanature originali, pavimenti in pietra nei bagni e nell'ingresso, vista sul giardino e servizio di pulizia settimanale.

Situato al secondo piano di un edificio storico di quattro piani, l'appartamento di 1400 piedi quadrati è dotato di una moderna cucina con ripiani in marmo e una stufa a gas, lavastoviglie, angolo colazione, ingresso, soggiorno, 1 camera da letto matrimoniale enorme e una camera da letto supplementare con divano letto queen-size, sicurezza dell'edificio, TV al plasma, lavatrice / asciugatrice, quattro grandi armadi, internet ad alta velocità WiFi / cavo, telefono.

Ma non è questo il motivo per cui vuoi andare a Parigi:

L'appartamento si trova sulla Rive Gauche (riva sinistra), a un isolato dalla Senna (di fronte al Louvre) ea cinque minuti a piedi dal Café de Flore e Saint-Germain.

È la "crème de la crème" per quanto riguarda gli indirizzi: al centro del quartiere degli antiquari, vicino a tutti i tipi di negozi di lusso, vicino ai mercati, fiorista, ufficio postale, farmacia. E, soprattutto, a pochi minuti a piedi dai Giardini delle Tuilleries, dal Louvre e dal Musée d'Orsay.

Non fumare, niente animali. Niente feste Nessuna fotografia commerciale. Un gruppo discreto e silenzioso.

This is a lovely, very large, and quite typically Parisian apartment in a good neighborhood. The owner is helpful, responsive and professional. We've traveled to Paris for over 45 years, stayed in numerous apartments and hotels, and this is one of our favorite places to stay!

A lovely and very spacious property. Catherine was amazingly attentive with communication, even during very late hours at her location. We had a last-minute change in our plans that required some flexibility on Catherine’s part, and she was extremely accommodating. Strongly recommend.

You will live your Paris dream in this apartment. Every amenity is provided. Catherine was an excellent host and quickly responded to any questions. The apartment is one block from the Seine. Every morning I took a brisk walk through the Tuileries. Lots of interesting shops. If you love wallpaper, those shops are beyond. We were running around all day and then retreated to the apartment to make a simple meal and plop into bed (which was perfect, very important). We look forward to staying there again someday. The place is just beautiful!

Our first trip to Paris. We could not have asked for a better-equipped and situated apartment in Saint Germain. Easy walk to the Louvre, Notre Dame, and central Saint Germain. Catherine, our host, was accommodating, helpful, and communicative. Will return!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Paris and at Catherine’s apartment. The space has a wonderful character to it—one side opens to the street while the other looks out onto a beautiful, peaceful courtyard, giving you the best of both atmospheres. Inside, it’s thoughtfully decorated with art that gives it the feel of a classic Parisian salon, full of charm without feeling overdone.The apartment itself is quite spacious and well-equipped, with plenty of room to settle in comfortably. The location couldn’t be much better—just a block from the Seine, within easy walking distance of many major sights, and only a couple of blocks from the metro for getting further around the city.It does have a bit of personality, and there are a few specific ways things are meant to be used, but that’s part of staying in a real home rather than a generic rental. For us, it added to the experience. We truly loved our time there and would happily stay again.

This is my second stay at the apartment and it was as charming as last time. Very spacious and well appointed. Highly recommend this venue.

Amazing apartment, extremely large and you cannot ask for a better location. The owner made it easy and shared tutorials on how to use appliances which is extremely helpful. She was also helpful when I needed to reach out with a question. This place is a 10

A wonderful place in Paris!

We enjoyed our two week stay in this wonderful apartment, perfect for a special Paris celebration. Beautifully appointed, clean and spacious, this lovely residence is located on a quiet street but centrally located. The owner is delightful to deal with and cares about her guests. The host/housekeeper is so helpful and welcoming. All in all, a very special place!

Perfect Location to Explore Paris by Foot

Beautiful apartment with all the amenities and plenty of space. Literally down the street from Musee D’Orsay and a block from the Seine. In Saint Germain neighborhood which is perfect location for exploring Paris - within walking distance to all major museums and full of great stores and restaurants. Quiet and with plenty of space between 2 bedrooms for privacy.

Comfortable apartment in the heart of Paris

My husband, daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed staying in Catherine’s apartment for 8 nights over New Year’s. Great size for 3 people (4 would fit comfortably, too). The rooms were spacious for relaxing and 3 bathrooms were a plus. The kitchen was quaint and contained all the necessities for a long stay. The location was ideal for walking to many of the major sites in Paris. Lots of shops for specialty foods and great restaurant options within blocks of the apartment. We would definitely stay again.

Absolutely amazing!

The apartment is just incredible. Beyond my expectations. And the host is incredibly responsive and helped us out with our airport transfers and all our other queries. 10/10. Can't wait to go back. It was truly a perfect place for a special trip with my daughter for our 60th and 30th birthdays. Thank you, Catherine.

Fabulous Paris Apartment

I love this apartment ! Having stayed there in the past ...pre-covid ....the apartment is still wonderful and well maintained . The housekeeper Ruth is very attentive to any needs you might have and is extremely helpful ! The apartment owner is great...always responds to any questions quickly . I definitely would like to stay again on my next visit to Paris !

Exactly as advertised !

We spent a month in this beautiful, spacious apartment. Having 2+ bathrooms was great. We were able to have our meals in the kitchen or at the living room/salon table. The kitchen is large and well equipped. The neighborhood is lovely, with easy access to cafes, several restaurants, pharmacies, bakeries, bus stops and more. We also really appreciated the weekly housekeeping. Communication with the owner Catherine was easy as she was always responsive to our inquiries. We had a wonderful stay !

Trusted and very nice housekeeper who has worked for me for over 15 years. She speaks fluently English and French and keeps the apartment spotless and all in perfect working order. She is of invaluable help when you need directions, or help with shopping in the neighborhood. Very discreet building, late or loud parties are not permitted, no smoking, no pets.
