This property is on 14 wooded acres with wooded acreage surrounding it. Very secluded with ample animal life.

This property is secluded on 14 acres. There is a cabin a block away on the property so you may see others drive by the house or on the pond from time to time.

The pond is mucky at the bottom and not suitable for swimming but is great to view the wildlife and and is stocked with lots of fish. Fishing from the edges is mucky and would require mud boots. You are also welcome to bring a row boat, kayaks or canoes and can put them in the water to the far right side but again, mud boots are required to launch.

Please leave it as you found it.
NO fireworks at any time.
No Bonfires.
Don’t leave food, trash or coolers outside. Leave in the laundry room.
Children cannot be left unsupervised at this property, especially at the pond,
No smoking in the house.
The kayaks and dock a block south of the house are the neighbors. Do not trespass.
