We are deeply sorry to hear that, Tchayra! We understand how worrisome that must have been and we hope your kids are doing better. Once we received your email about the bites we had the cabin tested and are pleased to say the results came back negative. We appreciate that you made us aware of the open door when you arrived. A vendor had come out to repair the HVAC system and make sure the heat was working before our check-in time started. We thank you but are saddened that you had cleaning issues during your stay and wish we had known so we could have addressed these. We have sent your feedback to the proper departments so that these can be properly addressed. We would be truly grateful for another chance to provide you with the vacation you deserve.
