Parked easily with a trailer, very nice deck accommodations with a beautiful view and a fire table. Rental was spotless and very nicely decorated. Up to date appliances with abundant hospitality items in baskets (especially in the bathroom). Owners were extremely accommodating and trustworthy and quickly answered any communications via VRBO. Outside property was very well taken care of and maintained. Great place to stay!

No where in the add did it say that this was a house made into 3 apartments. It also didn’t mention all the cameras on the porch that came on every time you were outside. We arrived very late and had asked for lights to be left on but it was totally dark. We ended up stopping in the road and shining a bright flashlight to see the address in black on the front of the house. Motion lights did come on after we pulled in but went off before we could see to get in. The toilet paper was so thin that you could see through it. 4 coffee pods for 2 people for 4 days was ridiculous. After killing 2 spiders in the tub I showered and got out to a towel that was too small to go around my 32” waist. We wanted to sit outside and had to look for the cushions for the outside furniture and there’s not enough for the furniture so I sat on a pillow. There were also spiders and webs all over the porch. There was also a hot tub with no water in it and a charcoal grill that someone used and never cleaned. The traffic while sitting on the porch was like a freeway and the view was of over grown grass and a cinder block building that was started and never finished. If your looking for somewhere to just sleep and shower and not relaxing this is the place. I wish it was a better stay because it is in a good location to Crossville.

Thank you for your feedback. We’d like to clarify a few points for future guests. This property has three completely separate units—each with its own private entrance, porch, kitchen, bathroom, and living space. Nothing is shared, and no other guests were staying during this guest’s stay, so we’re unclear how the other units affected their experience. The hot tub and charcoal grill mentioned belong to another unit and were not advertised as amenities for the unit they rented. The 4 coffee pods are a complimentary welcome gesture, not intended to supply coffee for an entire 4-day stay. Exterior security cameras and motion-sensor lighting are provided for safety, and the motion lights activate when approaching the property. The towels provided are standard-size bath towels, as commonly supplied in vacation rentals. We take cleanliness concerns seriously and have followed up with our cleaning team. We simply want future guests to have the full context when reading this review.

Since we love Tennessee so much, we decided to acquire and renovate a lovely home to share with others the beauty of life & capture unforgettable moments.
We aim to provide a unique experience & moments to cherish with your loved ones. We want to treat you as we would like to be treated, through dedication, care, understanding, modesty, kindness, communication, excellent service & quality local recommendations! Nothing is more reassuring and calming than finding a place that feels like a second home on your travels & special occasions. Crossville...... Such a nice, peaceful country charm. We are a retirement community with the nicest people. We LOVE our little town. Away from the crazy rush hour on the road, but yet so close to some of the biggest city & its BEST attractions in Tennessee. We have such lovely country settings all around the outskirts of town. This is HOME to us!

Everything about Our property is unique, from the windows to the cabin, rustic unique feeling, but yet such a modern style. Country living! We put so much love & dedication to renovating this home, from the studs to the little details in decorating each place to make it feel special for our guess. We put so much thought into how to make this place as spacious & comfortable, ALWAYS keeping in mind this would be a vacation rental home. We have thought about EVERYTHING possible you might need when traveling, to make your stay stress free. We simply LOVE what we do & we love to share with others the opportunity to have a place to spend & make the BEST memories with their love ones.
