Welcome to this charming house in Lynchburg. This awesome property features 2 bedrooms with 2 queen beds and a pack n play, along with a cozy living room with a queen sofa bed for extra guests. The bathroom and kitchen come stocked with almost anything you would need! Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything Lynchburg and our house has to offer.

Please note: This is a lower level duplex so there will be some noise from the guests walking around in the house above. We ask all guests to adhere to 10pm-8am quiet house. There are no shared living spaces, these are two separate houses that are simply attached. Ceiling fans, box fans, and sound machines provided for lighter sleepers. If you are sensitive to any noise, please consider renting out the upper level!

The rental was very clean and the kitchen was very well supplied. Communication with the owner was vey good also. This place was perfect for our brief visit to Liberty University. We will be staying here again.

Check-in was simple, good instructions. The place is nicely appointed, kitchen fully stocked. It even had supplies for S’mores. Could use a measuring cup and sugar for the coffee (possible that I just missed these). The bedding was comfortable. Everything was very clean. You do get noise from people walking around upstairs, but we didn’t find that difficult to deal with.

This property was exactly as it was pictured and listed online. The hosts were very kind and truly wanted to make sure our stay was comfortable. Every little detail you could want had been thought about and made available, and all of the decor was modern and welcoming. All of the linens, bathroom, and kitchen were clean and ready to be used. Check-in was super simple and provided in advance, and check-out was equally as simple.
