- Garbage must be bagged up, put into trash bins at the end of the drive way at departure.
- You must be 25 or older to rent this cottage
- Please note: RVs, tents, and campers are not permitted at our homes. Failure to comply will result in applicable fees.

The house is well-kept and cozy. Communication was great - couldn't have asked for a better experience with that. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and not too far from town. There was a musty smell, which is typical for older homes.

The place is in a nice area. The house appears clean and orderly. However, I had a major spider problem while I was there. I killed a total of 21 spiders, most of them in the first two days that I was there. I had to go out and buy spider spray. I then sprayed the whole house. I only saw a few more after spraying everything multiple times. I did complain to the host, who sent someone over who cleaned up. I would say the host needs to have the home professionally sprayed for spiders.

This is our second year coming to this rental. My kids and I always have a blast! Plenty of space, there is a quick walk to the beach and it’s clean and beautiful views!
