Hacienda de Anza è una nuova hacienda costruita su misura in 5 acri appartati nel deserto al di fuori della storica colonia artistica di Tubac, in Arizona. In questa splendida hacienda in stile coloniale spagnolo, rilassati a bordo piscina guardando i tramonti mozzafiato che si riflettono sulle catene montuose di Santa Rita, San Cayetano e Tumacacori.

Questa lussuosa hacienda vanta 3200 piedi quadrati di spazio abitativo interno che comprende una spaziosa sala spaziosa con camino e travi rustiche; sala da pranzo formale che può ospitare 8; cucina gourmet con 2 forni e piani di lavoro in granito personalizzati; grazioso angolo colazione e ufficio (stampante / fax / accessibilità wi-fi in tutta la casa); ampia camera da letto matrimoniale con camino adobe Kiva, bagno con i suoi lavandini e bagno privato con patio appartato; una grande tana / studio con grande schermo TV; un'ala per gli ospiti con tre spaziose camere da letto per gli ospiti con un letto matrimoniale, un letto matrimoniale e due letti singoli. Peaceful desert retreat

Katherine was proactively communicative making the booking and check in process seamless. The property, while somewhat remote offered a peaceful base with lots of room to spread out. The pool and courtyard were the center of activity and were fantastic.

Goregous and Serene

Beautiful roomy home with fabulous common areas for meals and games. The bedrooms are wonderful and offer privacy when needed. Pool and view is amazing. We LOVED sitting in the hot tub watching the stars come out at night. Very relaxing!! Katherine was very helpful with tips and directions. Highly recommend this home!

Great place to get away from it

We recently stayed at the Tubac House and could not have asked for a better time. The pictures on the site are very accurate. The pool and spa a fantastic. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need to prepare a meal We made Thanksgiving dinner for 10 and there was plenty of room. The nearby town was neat and the golf course was a great find. I would definitely recommend this place, you will be very happy if you go.

Amazing Property

We had a guys (4 of us) trip to play golf. Everyone has their own room. Fairly close to the golf course. We utilized the pool every night. Great property and easy to communicate with the owner and property manager.

Gorgeous desert retreat

This is an absolutely lovely property that is full of amazing art and has the most gorgeous swimming pool we have ever enjoyed. The host was wonderful in every way, giving full descriptions of the ins and outs of the appliances and encouraging us to text her with any issues/concerns. Which we didn't need to do, as everything was perfect, but great for peace of mind nonetheless. We have already booked our next trip here!

Beautiful home away from home

We had a small group of family for a week stay at this beautiful home with amazing mountain views. The home is exactly as pictured (really even better). Katherine the owner is great. She provides exceptional check in, security, pool, hot tub and check out instructions. She is just a text or call away if needed. Everything you need is provided for a perfect stay is in this home. We enjoyed the very large pool and hot tub every day. We definitely would recommend this home and plan to return.

Fantastic house and vacation

We spent five days at this house and found it to be outstanding in every way. The gorgeous photos on VRBO are completely accurate - the house is beautiful and thoughtfully appointed. The pool and yard are stunning. Our children had fun spotting wildlife in the surrounding area. The weather was generally 10º cooler than Tucson and we were lucky to have a few spectacular storms. Everything in the house is first-rate and the town of Tubac, a very short drive away, has enough good restaurants and shopping to provide some fun day trips. We look forward to returning to this house soon.

We loved this property -- and the support folks Priscilla Leon and Katherine Clancy. Katherine was available at all times if we had a question or concern. So was Priscilla! And the place is spacious, classy yet very livable and comfortable for all ages, and gorgeous. The view from the pool -- lawn -- BBQ Courtyard is breathtaking! This place has many lovely features! We intend to go back next year.

Wonderful property

We were a 7 person, 3 generation family group—all adults. House was lovely, well-furnished & equipped. Chairs, sofas, & beds were comfortable. Kitchen had more than adequate appliances, dishes, & “tools”. Location was quiet. The pool & sunny deck area were loved & used fully by the youngest members of our group. We couldn’t think of anything that could have been better for us. Katherine was helpful in wanting us to have a great stay in her house.

Peaceful, beautiful stay

This property was beautiful in every way. Katherine was a charming and easily accessible host. She even took the time to meet us and walk us through the property. The views are stunning from every window in the house as well as the pool. The house is incredibly spacious and filled with all the amenities needed and more. The shops in Tubac are a hop, skip and a jump from the property. It was also a great area for riding our bikes. We absolutely loved our stay and this home would be number one on our list for a return trip.

Third time, and still a charm

We have stayed in this home three years in a row for our family vacation (8 adults). We enjoy the seclusion, as there are no nearby houses, and the property has lots of outdoor space, in addition to the lovely patio area. The kitchen is definatley a cook's dream, and is fully equipped with every pan, gadget, and dishware one could possibly ask for. The TV is a little tricky, but gets great reception. The pool and spa are sparkling clean and delightful.

Outstanding VRBO Experience!

This property is amazing. It's secluded but close to the wonderful experiences of Tubac..... excellent, eclectic shopping, the outstanding Tubac Golf Resort and Spa, and great restaurants! We came here to celebrate my Dad's 90th and my parents' 66th wedding anniversary. This house was the ultimate in relaxation (the photos of the pool and the views are not exaggerated! It's as beautiful and relaxing as they look!) and perfect for our intimate, low key family celebration. The decor/artwork and layout of the house is beautiful! Katherine was very attentive as a host both before and during the stay. We had no issues with the property while we were there. Everything worked fine. We would definitely return to this VRBO!

Hacienda Style

My wife and I and our adult children with their children enjoyed a five day stay and Thanksgiving celebration at this beautiful home. The architecture was unique and the layout was great for getting together and still maintaining private space. The kitchen was well stocked with all the necessary appliances. We used the hot tub frequently although the weather was too cold to use the pool. We also enjoyed the books and puzzles as well as the diverse decorations. Tubac is beautiful and we enjoyed hiking the surrounding area. We never made it into town but maybe next time as we plan to repeat this stay at a later date. I heartily endorse this house as a great retreat which we needed and enjoyed as the stresses of the Covid quarantine melted away during our stay.

Location Great, House Worn Out

The location is what makes this house, very private, nice views, close to town.There are unquie toches throughout the house. I get the Tubac vibe, but it's not comfortable to relax in or feel like you can because of constant contact from the owner. The house is very 'lived in' and feels like a true rental house and not a Vrbo vacation home. There were several things(ie landline ringing throughout the night) but mainly the master bedroom matress is like *nothing* I've ever slept on(staying in Vrbos for ten years). It is extremely worn out where you sink in and spring coils are in your back(like a cheap hotel). Did not sleep well at all. Husband was furious. You would think the master bed would have a memory foam mattress like the other king room? My kids enjoyed it, otherwise we would have left early. Time for the owner's to put some money into it! I am the owner, Katherine. I am not quite sure what an owner can do about landline calls. We have never had our landline ring through the night. We do talk to all renters and send instructional videos as to how the Nest, Spa &Pool remote, security system and other other equipment operate. We sleep well on our master bedroom mattress. We only rent our home out an average of 8 times a year. Otherwise we sleep on our master bed, and we have not felt coils. My husband and I do not sleep well on memory foam mattresses. It is not because we do not want to spend the money. Bob and I feel very fortunate to live in what we feel is a lovely home . Most of our renters are now repeat renters, many of whom have returned for over 5 years. I am sorry you could not relax. Katherine

Serene and magical oasis in the desert!

I cannot begin to explain how much we all felt so at ease and relaxed once we walked through the door from the carport into the magical kitchen area. Upon our arrival we had to leave our bags and immediately tour the home. At one point, I remember bursting with laughter because we seemed to lose one another while touring the guest wing! We found that even though the temperatures were in the upper 90’s and seemed to exceed 100 during the afternoons, we spent most of our time outside on the patio, or in the dreamy pool. We had family from the Pittsburgh area join us and while they do have mountains in PA, they have never experienced anything like the southern Arizona desert. Words escaped all of us having had the amazing experience of watching the sunset behind the west mountains, just to wake from our slumber and get lost in the sunrise over the east side of the mountains. While there were just 4 of us staying in de Anza, with the permission of the homeowner, we were able to host a post-birthday celebration in which we had 10 guests from the Green Valley area. I cannot imagine a more beautiful custom built home that accommodates so many people. Hacienda de Anza is outstanding and so well-equipped with anything one would need. From the gourmet kitchen with several choices of dishes and flatware, state of the art appliances, the amazing gas range, to the soft bath towels and huge snuggly beach towels to the overwhelming variety of placemats, and linen napkins, there really is not one detail the homeowners missed with this home! Hacienda de Anza is amazing and I believe it attributed to the most wonderful time we had during our vacation! Katherine’s (homeowner) attentiveness was paramount, answering our many questions prior to our arrival and following up after our departure to ensure our stay was most excellent. As well, de Anza’s caretakers were incredibly helpful. We have rented several homes that we found on the VRBO website and it is with pleasure that I submit this review. I can certainly tell you, you will not be disappointed in the least! So serene and magical, there simply cannot be a more fabulous oasis in the desert than de Anza!

Family Thanksgiving

The house and location were perfect. We've brought away wonderful memories from our stay in Tubac and this fabulous house. Good times and memories for sure!

The master mattress was horrible

The home was lovely and well appointed. However, the mattress in the master suite was hard as rocks and the springs were popping through any foam that may have been there. We shortened our stay one night due to lack of sleep. Such a shame!!!

I must say that as owners we do not quite understand the renter's comment. We sleep on the bed as owners, and we have never had family or renters complain about the any of our mattresses. It is not a foam mattress, it is actually a very expensive mattress. We continue to believe we provide very comfortable bedrooms and mattresses. Katherine
